My son put a piece of buffalo wings right out of the box in his mouth and found a long hair. He was disgusted by it and dumped everything in the garbage. I called this location and they said they need a pic. Delivered pizza also was cold. Disappointed!

The young guy who works late shift has such a miserable attitude. Not sure why?First he doesnt talk straight and then he refused to give me the receipt saying he is not obligated to give the receipt!I almost thought he was high on something to behave like that with a customer.

This place double charged my credit card twice and when I called to get my money back for double charging me the person who worked there played it off like I was never there even though I was there 15 minutes befor. He was very rude probably tried to scam me. Kept telling me to call head quarters even though he didn't know the number. I will not be returning.

“Epic stuffed crust”NO“+1 garlic sauce”NO“ extra sauce”NOI’m not sure what they are smoking over there but that’s crazy.The more I open the worse it gets.The cookie pizza isn’t even cut. Do you expect me to break pieces off and hand them out ?Called and the manager said it’s a DoorDash problem and I must talk to them. Yet door dash did nothing wrong at all and he can’t replace our pizza. Awful:(

If I was able to put zero stars I would !!!! But I can't . I ordered my pizza today 10/31/2023 they deliver without pepperoni . The delivery man walked in through our hallway and threw the pizza on the floor , I was really upset and I told him what the hell is wrong with him . He just walked away it was a Spanish looking person I guess he doesn't speak English very well . Then I opened the pizza box and it was something's wrong with the pizza . I said where is the pepperoni it wasn't there. I call them , the manager was the one who answer the phone, when I told him there's no pepperoni on my pizza ??? He keeps trying to lie to me telling me , that I remove pepperoni from my order , like what the hell ? I have a copy of my order!!! So I printed out here order receipt . Since the manager is the one who behaves like criminal I am going to file a complaint with customer services, this is not acceptable you don't treat customers the way .

He came to register and waited next with me. Then one of staff came to register and told me "I will be with you... sorry." And this staff helped the customer with cash on his hand helped to check out. This staff help customers who need to pay to the store first.

I love to order papa Johns pizza from this location. I get mesmerized with the aroma of their veggie pizza once I opened the pizza box. The employees at this location stays very vigilant following the instructions. And they are very friendly and patiently listen to the customer’s order over the phone. Wish they would have dine-in option in future if possible.

Let me start off by saying from the phone order to the delivery, this was the biggest cluster of bad service I have ever tried to navigate through. Once you finally get to place your order -30 minutes later from being on hold , they don’t deliver for 1.5 hours that’s how long my disabled brother and my elderly mother have been waiting thus far. No phone call explaining why delivery is still out, no apology for the bad service no explanation whatsoever, and as if that’s not bad enough you can’t call and expect anyone to pick up the phone to give you an explanation. Horrible experience, bad service all the way around. I know it’s Saturday but hire some help if you are in need . This is unacceptable. Where is the management during all if this, cause you can’t find any one of those either. Get it together Papa Johns. Very disappointing.

They gave me the wrong pizza and a 30 minute wait. I could over hear them on the phone saying to "to keep him on hold until he hangs up". So I yelled into the phone and they hung up on me. Still refused me to return me my money after offering them the pizza back.

While the pizza is good, they are now relying on Door Dash for delivery. This seems to have led to delivery errors. One driver was unable to find my address and the pizza was very late. Another time the Door Dash driver reported that the pizza was delivered when it was not. It showed up 40 min later.
