The rating is for the management and not the workers in this location. The location is very understaffed, 1-2 young people working on pizzas, attending phones and packing/attending walkins. I placed an order and it took me 65 mins from when I placed an order to when I picked up. There were 7 other people who waited atleast 45 mins for their order. The worker said they have been backed up for atleast 3 hours. This will be our last time ordering from this location.

“This place is honestly the best thing that’s ever happened to me! I accidentally left my pizza on the roof of my car and drove off 😅 Someone brought it back to the restaurant, and the manager actually called me to say they’d make me a brand new one. Now this is officially my favorite pizza spot — amazing brand and absolutely the best customer service ever! 👌🍕❤️”

The cashier was very friendly and apologetic about the wait, but they didn’t start the pizza until I arrived and I had placed my online order about 20 minutes prior to arriving. I believe this is because they only had one person working in the entire store and if that one person got a big order, they were swamped.

This is the second time that we order 2 pizzas by the app and we have to wait 50 minutes... It was Sunday and only 1 person was working, how can be possible?? He did his best, but it was impossible to achieve all the orders!! Please you need a manager and more people working here if you don't want to loose more customers. Other companies makes 2 pizzas in 15 minutes
