Perry's Steakhouse & Grille - Schaumburg

The food tasted ok, but the real issue was my wife and I were clearly not respected. Our server was great but clearly noticed how the Restaurant Manager checked in on everyone's table around us, and never came by us. You can feel in the atmosphere, my wife and I were being watched and judged for no reason. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our night afterwards. And no it was not in our heads, another couple leaving said the same thing. At least now we know to take our money elsewhere.

The food was excellent. I was dining with 7 other people and all appetizers and entrees were incredible. Great service from our waiter, too. I'll be back.

I attended a birthday celebration at this restaurant for my aunt and grandmother. I was highly disappointed in the service and quality of food. We were seated at a round table right in the middle in front of the plethora of staff, but we constantly had to ask for more bread and water. When our food finally came out it was over-cooked(dry) and salty. It was 6 of us in our party and everyone said their meal was bad and was not worth the price we paid.
If you like restaurants with nice aesthetics and don’t care much about food quality then this would be your place. My mother stated she had a better quality of food at Fogo de Chao and Long Horn. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Great experience in general once again. Noisy and crowded however. We did on feel rushed, and our server was excellent.

We were given complimentary Sunday pork chop dinners after we had a disappointing experience on my birthday in July. Se we went back for a second birthday. We were seated promptly by the hostess and greeted by our waiter Bes. He took our drink order and then our food order. He suggested an appetizer since the 3 course dinner doesn't come with an appetizer. The fried asparagus with lump crab that he suggested was amazing. He was very attentive and kept our drink glasses full . He brought the courses in a timely manner. His service was outstanding. We also received visits from 2 managers, one who suggested a wine to try that goes good with the pork chops, and the other that apologized for the last visit and hoped this visit was going better. We assured him everything was fantastic and we appreciated how outstanding their customer service is. Perry's is a wonderful restaurant!

One thing that made our experience special was how well we were treated by our waiter Michael. We believed it was his first day, but he seemed to be a natural. It is a pleasure to have a great waiter and Michael was that guy.

I sent my parents here for their anniversary and they had the best experience! There was rose pedals when they arrived at their table! The staff was super attentive, the food was amazing and had the best vibes! Thank you so much for making their 41st anniversary very special!

Ordered a burger. 45 minutes later still no burger. I left. Terrible service. manager on duty is extremely cheap, does not care about his customers.

We visited for the first time to celebrate my husband’s birthday, bringing along our 3-year-old and 9-month-old. From the moment we arrived, every staff member greeted us warmly and seated us in a spot that was comfortable for our family.

Danny, our server, was exceptionally kind and attentive from start to finish, and he truly made the experience perfect.

At many fancy restaurants with a great atmosphere, the food doesn’t always live up to the setting, but everything we had here was absolutely incredible. From the onion soup to the pork chop, the Chateaubriand 3 Ways, and all the side dishes, each bite was so delicious that my husband and I couldn’t help but smile at each other.

Normally, even at a great restaurant, one visit feels enough, but this is a place we’ll definitely return to for future special occasions, without a doubt.
