This was an informal dinner between old and new friends. Brock was our server for the evening and he was just amazing. He was knowledgeable as to what was or what wasn’t on the mean and made sure that dietary likes or dislikes were met. Brock made sure that our experience was exceptional and he is an asset to PF Chang.

Update- they requested I contact them directly, so I did. Said I would hear back in 3-5 days. Still nothing… just terrible.
Everything looked amazing, but all of us were immediately sick after eating. Never again.

They were closed due to a plumbing issue that was not reported and I was not aware until I and my guests arrived ar 6 PM
The food was exceptional. The flavors were awesome. the night before coming in I called and asked someone who answered the phone there if the table could have a few decorations on for a birthday occasion we were celebrating and they said yes, they could put a few things on the table. But when we came, there was nothing done. The hostess told us that they couldn't be anything done. They stopped that a while ago. But I was disappointed because I was told they could do something or else I would've brought something. Our server was a bit off and when I asked if something that we were ordering the firecracker shrimp was breaded. He said yes everything but one other item on the menu was not. The firecracker shrimp was absolutely outstanding, but server didn't know his menu.
The food was not as good as it used to be. The tofu being in the chicken pad Thai noodles was disgusting. We even sent it back and asked for it to not have any tofu; and it still came back with tofu in it. Overall, P.F. Chang's should return to the basics. Thank goodness the chicken lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef haven't changed.
Went for dinner and it was very odd. We waited for 15 mins even with a reservation but there were a lot of empty tables. We didn't get enough silverware or waters and everyone in our area was getting up to grab their own forks from the empty tables. The waitress may have been overwhelmed. The egg drop soup and lo mein weren't very good. Peartini and teriyaki chicken were delicious.
Very disappointing. Received Very small portions. Not worth the money. Will not be coming coming back
The restaurant was not crowded, but it seemed like it took a long time for our drinks to be made. There was a 10% coupon that we really had to argue for the manager to honor the 6 of us with 4 separate checks to use. Our waitress did her best to work it out.
I was very disappointed, had I never eaten at this chain before I probably would not return. First maybe there were four other table with people when we were there. First our soup arrived, maybe I had two spoonfuls and our appetizer arrived. Then two minutes later our main dishes arrived and we questioned why so fast and they said we can put it under the lamps which we didn't want because it would be warmish. This was not conducive to a pleasant dinning experience

The food was great and waiter was attentive. The ambiance was well not super quiet but not extremely loud where you cannot speak.
The food was good and our server was very nice, but we went for my Birthday (noted on the reservation) and they wished me Happy Birthday, but I was sad I didn't get the free cake I usually do when we go for my Birthday.
We have eaten at P.F. Chang's, this location, many many times. The food at this visit was off, not at all up to their normal standard
The food weas good. Only drawback was although it wasn't very busy, our waiter would disappear for chunks of time without checking in on us.
Got there during Happy Hour Was told we had to order from the bar and eat/drink at bar or carry it back to our table 🤪 Prices were like a $1 or $2 less so not worth it ! Delivery of dinner served to the table was VERY SLOW. Ordered from the $17.99 meals - lots of rice and a little short on chicken .
