A decent place to grab indian food. Salad on tikka is not fresh.Good hallemThings to improve providing water.Improving the quality of food.Communication to the customer about the pricing so that in the end they will not be surprised.I was told I will have been charged 10% when you pay from card. Not happy ? will not go again.

During Monday's lunch hour, I contacted a local restaurant Pita and Kabobz to order Mutton Biryani. The polite lady who answered my call assured me that my order would be ready in just 20 minutes. I agreed to that and waited patiently. However, after 30 minutes of waiting, I received a poorly prepared dish consisting of old rice mixed with new rice and topped with food coloring. The Biryani lacked any discernible taste and was quite possibly the most flavorless version of the Mutton Biryani that I have had. Despite my hunger, I was unable to eat it.

Food quality has worsened. Haleem was so watery that it looked like lentil soup. Biryani was very gooey. Also, I don't get it how are they charging gratuity for 2 people's dinner? $15 gratuity for a $50 food for 2 people? It makes no sense. It's a robbery!!! Avoid this place!!! Save your time and money; go eat somewhere else!

I am writing this review based on my “15 years” as a customer at Pita & KabobzThis place is “no longer the same” as it was originally started by the owners ?1. Good quality & taste went *down the hill* over the years and whenever I brought this up “politely” with the owners they were *very ignorant, uninterested & unresponsive* ?2. Food Prices went up “including” their Chai which isn’t even irani tea ?3. Owners generic response to any complaints were “I will let Louis” know ?‍♂️Is Louis the owner or the person just working in kitchen ?Clearly NO sense of Ownership here and no importance given to real regular customers feedback at all. Typical Desi mindset unfortunately.4. Some examples of my bad experiences:A. Dal Tadka which was just boiled Dal and NO TADKAB. Chicken 65 which had bad smell to it the very next dayC. Kaddu ka Dalcha Pan which had very few Kaddu’s in itD. Mutton Biryani has been historically “below par” in taste & meat qualityE. Lack of Commitment - Sometimes they closed the restaurant “earlier” than their close time when I went to pick up my food leaving me hungry for the rest of the night“Suggestions to Owners” - Please it’s time now to “Listen and act to satisfy your Customers” as there are too many similar restaurants to “compete” in this area. This is not like the previous years - 2007/08 time but it’s now 2023 and everyone wants good taste, respect, good customer service & quality for food when spending money outside. All the best

Baarak Allahu Feekum (May Allah bless you) It is very tasty and I love the rolls - especially the Chicken 65 Sandwich. A taste of Pakistan/Devon here locally in Schaumburg. Also it's Zabiha halal and a lot of space for family to sit with beautiful decorations and yummy dishes to choose from.Kid-friendliness: Beautiful paintings insideWheelchair accessibility: Wide doorDietary restrictions: Zabiha halal

Delicious food! My wife had Chicken Boti Kabab and I had Butter Chicken. Very tasty and well prepared food. Great restaurant for the lunch or dinner! We are regular customers.Parking: Plenty of parking right in front of the restaurant.

The owner was so sweet while sharing stories about her kids! She catered to our spice tolerance and made sure that we would like our food. The gyro sandwich was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and sauce! It was so good and huge too! I thought the price was pretty fair for the amount of food given.

They dont know how to keep reservation, they have take&go mentality, they will sell your order to others,

The lady was too greedy, she charges more and when asked she will refund half of it. The chicken biriyani is not tasty at all. The plates were not clean.

By far the best mutton biryani in Chicagoland! Ordered a single plate for pickup .. quantity was plenty, freshly made with generous amount of tender meat. Will definitely order again.

It is a new Arabic, Pakistani and Indian restaurant located at Salem Plaza. It looks clean and halal with a big mountain wall painting. Diners need to ask for a menu.

I had a chicken biryani , takeaway. I am a bit disappointed by the order as most of the chicken pieces were not good and some were without meat. The lady at the cashier side doesn’t know what is the customer service.
