ordered curbside pick up, called to let them know i was outside.. since i was waiting for 10mins and the person on the phone told me i needed to go inside and let them know i was there.. defeats purpose of curbside pick up. order was still not ready.. waited and when got home order was incorrect…. they gave boneless wings instead of alfredo pasta. called the location 4 times first they put me on hold then hung up and called 3 times and wait more than 15min on hold and still no answer. pizza was good but service was bad.

Literally the worst experience ordering from Pizza Hut. For the past 6 months I’ve had issues ordering from the website and the app because of how much loading was involved. I tried again today and was having issues again so I called in my order. The guy on the phone took my payment and everything and said I was all set. I get my delivery and my pizza is missing and only my pasta and cheese sticks were delivered. My delivery guy didn’t speak any English and said I owed cash. I’m calling the store trying to figure out what happened and she’s telling me she’s sorry and said there was no card on file for the order when she got it and I’m now so confused what even happened. She’s telling me she’s the only one in the store and can’t keep talking because she’s trying to take care of all these orders by herself and I can’t believe that she’s even by herself. What the hell is going on with Pizza Hut??? Get your stores properly employed and give that girl a raise for even dealing with it all! Will not be ordering from any Pizza Hut again for at least a few months in hopes they get there things in order.

I was very disappointed that we found a hair in our pizza ? we spent more than $30 for us to enjoy our dinner and when we saw the hair we didn't want to eat the pizza anymore. They should have more hygiene when handling food. This hair looks like from a workers beard. It’s just so gross.

Darwin was fantastic, probably the best service/experience at a Pizza Hut I've ever had. He was very helpful and very patient with our complicated order. The food was also perfectly assembled and the pizza cooked to a crispy perfection. This is our new favorite Pizza hut spot!
