Have had multiple missed items over the years from this location. The other day they forgot my 2 liter of mountain dew again. The manager that responded was really short with me and let me know for the inconvenience she would credit my account with a $10 on top of what her records show i had from previous mistakes.
Today I call in thinking its time to use that credit ive been accruing. I give them my credentials and same phone number. No credit shows up.
Im just done with this store. Whats the point of always tipping like 25%+ if this is how youre always treated?

when you have a small child, you have to live off of pizza. I was suprised by the quality of it since we haven't had it in a while. Really great thin crust and the sauce was so good. when did this happen? Good job pizza hut!
