The staff at Poke Bros. has been consistently very friendly, pleasant and helpful each and every visit. I pretty much have always ordered the Duke which is my favorite. The bowl has been consistently and exceptionally delicious each and every time. The staff has kept this location very clean.

Salmon and vegan ingredients fresh, portions generous compared to similar customizable poke bowl shops. Stephanie was be far the NICEST person i have ever met at a restaurant. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. If i ever opened a restaraunt she would be worth every penny. Exceptional customer service!!! I didn’t realize they closed at 9pm and I was 40minutes late…they waited the 40minutes for me and was beyond kind! The food was amazing! One of the best poke I’ve had in a while! Cannot emphasize enough how amazing the staff is! Beyond grateful!!!

It was ok. They scrimp a bit with the salmon. They admitted it was about 2 days old. They let me look at it before I ordered. It seemed decent so I went for it. It didn't have a smell, so good on them for that. But when they made the bowl they put so little. For the price I paid (nearly $20) I expected a bit more.A couple of things were out of stock that should have been included in the bowl -- I can't remember what. But they were major ingredients. They also had no lid for the bowl.

Extremely well run Eatery, greeted very warmly by amazing employee! Quickly explained options. I got the marinated Tuna w/several wonderfully fresh ingredients. Cooler drink choices or just free water nearby. Very CLEAN and bright aqua-blue decor theme. The bowls actually are much more amount of food than they appear at first. Significant amount of tuna. I highly recommend - the woman running this biz, made ALL the difference...thank you, we'll be back!I highly recommend :)

This is the third Poke Bros I have rated and as always, the best! This place is amazing! Whenever I crave something to eat when I’m in the area, this is the first place I think of. When I do decide to eat here (which is almost all the time when I’m in Schaumburg), I am always greeted with the best customer service there is with a mix of the best flavours to exist. I have no idea how you guys even do this? It’s awesome!

I wanted to ensure I took the time to write this review because I have given this place two chances now. The lady who I believe is the owner is very disrespectful. I see other reviews here saying nice things which makes me think even more she is racist towards specific nationalities. Anywho, let me explain. First incident she made me feel really uncomfortable ordering as I wanted the veggies in my bowl and it seemed as if it was making her feel uncomfortable giving me the something that was not an additional cost. Now, round two this past week…. she strikes again. We get towards the end where you get to choose your toppings ( nori, sesame seeds, etc) while i’m ordering she goes ONLY 3! I looked up at the menu and still see no reflection of that but okay. I order and move on without saying a word. I called two other locations and they said no rules have changed and those toppings are unlimited. I will never give my business to this location. There are many more locations around with honest, and fair people who don’t racially profile. Don’t go here!
