Absolutely fantastic poke! I've eaten at several other poke spots both around here and when recently visiting friends in Colorado, and none of them come close to this Poke Ono! The fish and all the ingredients are super fresh and you get really good portions for the money. The woman who always seems to be working there (maybe the owner?) is super nice too!

I visited Poke Ono in Schaumburg this past Sunday. The place was super clean and welcoming. I tried the spicy tuna and salmon bowl, and the mochiko chicken. The fish was fresh with just the right amount of spice. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender inside — really tasty. Overall, great spot for a quick, fresh meal.

This was a fun little place. The food was behind clear glass like a lot of places now a days. It was very fresh and clean. You can order what you like to make it custom or you can order one of their offerings. We were a party of 4 so we all got something different. Everyone loved it! Price wasn't too bad for what we got, either. I will go there again.

I’ve ordered a delivery from this store, and employee forgot to put a straw for bubble tea. I can understand everything, but when I called them to find a solution, they didn’t take any action to solve that problem. I’m sad that I payed for bubble tea that I can’t even drink since how am I supposed to drink topioca from the button without a special straw? I’m more disappointed in a customer service that they don’t provide. An employee started to tell me that I should drink it as it is, and then reproach me that I don’t know how to talk to a human)
the small Asian lady is the nicest person I’ve ever met, she’s so sweet! 5 stars just for her! Pricing is also great for the quantity!
