I’ve ordered a delivery from this store, and employee forgot to put a straw for bubble tea. I can understand everything, but when I called them to find a solution, they didn’t take any action to solve that problem. I’m sad that I payed for bubble tea that I can’t even drink since how am I supposed to drink topioca from the button without a special straw? I’m more disappointed in a customer service that they don’t provide. An employee started to tell me that I should drink it as it is, and then reproach me that I don’t know how to talk to a human)

I absolutely love this place! ❤️The ingredients are always super fresh, and they give you generous portions. I’ve tried a lot of poke places, but this one is by far my favorite — the flavors are spot on, and you can really taste the quality in every bite.
The staff are friendly and fast, and they always make my bowl just the way I like it. It’s clean, quick, and consistently good. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid poke spot in the area!

What a disappointment, dry rice, sushi rice only because she puts a little vinegar, just a splash of ponzu sauce, the rest is enough but the topping is a little spoon and that's it. I have to say that is one of the worst poke that I ever eaten.

Fresh, delicious and very satisfying. First visit to Poke Ono and it was wonderful! There are several choices on the menu or you can create your own combination of rice, seafood, vegetables, sauces and toppings. The counter is set up like Chipotle or Subway where you choose selections and watch as the bowl is put together. There are 3 sizes available and you can dine in or take out. There is also a nice selection of bubble tea, fruit teas and smoothies. The prices are very reasonable too. The facility is clean, neat and organized. I will definitely be back soon!
The ingredients were very fresh. She cut the avocado right in front of us, and I could tell the other vegetables were equally fresh. Portions and protein to other ingredients ratios were solid. I had a milk tea, and it was on point. The woman working the counter was helpful and friendly. Definitely try this place out!
