Always LOVE our local portillos, so not sure if it was just an off night for this one. We ordered for pick up and food said it was ready-but we still had to wait to get it. Food wasn't just a grab an go option. While we waited I ordered a small cheese fry thinking it would be a quick order but ended up waiting about 10 mins for the fry and finally had to ask .. looked like they miss placed the bag.
We are always coming for Italian beef and fries.
and this time, I went to drive true as I was in a hurry. I placed my order, and then I realized I did not mention an easy dip for my sandwiches.
While i was in the car, there were no employees to ask about fixing my order. And when I got to the window and I asked if it was possible to get this fixed . What it respond I got, "Ma'am your order is ready already and there is a big line behind...
