Food is great and they have tons of toppings you can add on your sandwich like roasted red peppers and caramelized onions. Staff is really friendly. I had an issue where a promo wouldn't show up on my account and they were able to give me the discount anyway. I always love coming to this location. Also their strawberry milkshake is amazing. A new option they have now is that you can add a second flavor which is pretty cool.

Ordered a chicken mediterranean sandwich for lunch on 7/10. It was the only thing I ate that day, gave me food poisoning and I ended up in the hospital for 6 hours after vomiting for 12 hours. DO NOT go to this location!

TERRIBLE!!! Make a sandwich at home and save $45. Uber eats Offer was buy 1 get 1 free along with taxes and fees that contradict the offer. Quality of this food isn't worth $5 a sandwich. A Wreck is what I ordered and the name couldn't be anymore ironic. I will never order again nor suggest Potbelly or Uber eats.

I'm really disappointed!! I placed an online order yesterday for a $200 catering order (and tipped!) for pickup at 11:30am today for an important meeting for my boss at noon. When I arrived, my order had not even been started. I then watched the staff complete other catering orders, yet none of those people were even there to pick up their orders. My order was finally handed to me at 11:55am without even so much as an apology. I also received no condiments: mayo, mustard, pickles, etc., which is the standard catering setup, and I even called yesterday to confirm. Plus all the chips were plain or salt & vinegar, also not what was listed on my receipt. Overall, a very disappointing experience and will not be ordering large catering orders from Potbelly in the future, which is very unfortunate because $200 lunches are normal deliveries I place weekly.

Schaumburg IL Location If going through the drive through, check your order before you leave. Shorted items. I didn’t like the look of how they managed their toppings. Everything was sitting out at room temperature.
Wasn’t sure how the ordering system worked being I'd neverbeen here before, especially with the bread sizes, since they just gave me the names of them at first. But when I asked for more details, they had no problem showing me exactly what each size looked like, which made it super easy to decide.
Ordering my sandwich and adding veggies was straightforward, and I also tried a shake – it was decent. The only wait time was because the drive-thru had a line, but honestly, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, even on a Monday evening.
All in all, it was a smooth experience, and I’d come back if visiting the area again.

Enjoying the sandwiches and treats at the Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Schaumburg, IL. Convenient location--is near Woodfield Mall. Manager Alex took care of my last order and he's a pro for sure! Friendly and professional. The food is expertly prepared and made to order. Bread is fresh. Sandwich size is generous. The sugar cookies are huge and incredibly soft. Comfort food choices are many, including mac and cheese. The drive thru is very convenient. This location is a real gem!

Imagine a world 🌏 where every customer got with the times, and ordered ahead on the app, and gave the staff like a 15-25 min lead time to make the sandwiches, then show up to pick up the sandwiches... instead of ordering for a family of 6 in the drive thru and fumbling your order away through the speaker for 15 mins, then waiting another 15ish mins for your order to be made, all while backing up the drive thru for the smart ones in line that ordered 20 mins ago. the carryout experience could be great for everyone. 🙌 One can dream, right?

rude staff here a black guy saw us thru the drive thru window and wave him to get our order because no one said a word thru the microphone order for 7 minute and he ignored us and walked away I had to call them about my order the guy on the phone said they do not have my order when I went inside my bag was already been by the drive thru window what kind of employees are these no friendly manners even when I walked in I hope the owner sees this type of behavior Im writing. I do not recommend coming in to this place or order your food w these type of people nasty attitude and rude go somewhere else maybe if you guys take out the drive thru if u hate talking to customers if you guys are that mad customer ordering the last hour then CLOSED.
