They were too busy at the cashier counter having a conversation to give us half of our order or even look us in the eyes! Also tried to charge us 7 dollars for a bag. I am really disappointed by my favorite sandwich place and will be finding a different location to go.

Stopped at this Potbelly for the first time today. Went through the drive through. Asked for a skinny chicken salad sandwich with American cheese, tomato and easy lettuce. The person repeated back, "American cheese, tomato, onion and easy lettuce." I said no onion and repeated myself. I just opened my sandwich. No cheese, no tomato. Very unhappy. It's expensive to order out these days and it's very disappointing to not get what you want.UPDATE: Sent an email as advised in the reply. Email returned UNDELIVERABLE due to too many replies.?

Ordered two sandwiches and both came with no toppings, one was the avocado turkey and it was just turkey and bread. The other was the smoked ham that once again came with nothing but the meat and bread. Horrible service.

I went through this Potbelly’s drive thru today and I had to come on here to give a HUGE shout out to Abel!! I’d been having a very tough day, and his kindness completely turned it around. Abel, I appreciate you and your fabulous customer service to the moon and back, you’re a sweetheart!! I’d been to this Potbelly’s another time in the past and also another very kind guy was working here.. this location 100% gets an A+ and it’s definitely worth the extra 15 minute drive from my house to come here. Thank you guys!!

Everyone up to the point of checking out was very nice. I had put my items on the counter bc I was waiting for two other people who were still getting there sandwiches made bc we were paying together. Older lady with brown hair came out from the back and very rudely hit the counter with her hands rolled her eyes and said next. I explained I was waiting for the rest of my party to check out and she again rolled her eyes and sighed as if I was somehow taking up her time and then she asked me annoyed to give her what they ordered so she could ring us up. I told her I don’t know there orders they were literally still getting there order made. She rolled her eyes again and sarcastically asked me “well do you know what you ordered? “ she was rude to the door dasher who came right after as well. Worst customer service hope she’s not the manager..

Lovely as usual for a great sandwich shop. I always get the Italian sandwich with double meat and cheese, chocolate shake and jalapeno chips. Basically the heart burn meal for all you normies. Just as good today as normal. If was a bit warm in the business - but yeah I had the hot peppers

Service is horrible. We have ordered a few times from this location and will not give them another try. They continually mix up the order and just the most recent example dropped off a bag with two bottles of water, for and order that was over $100 worth of food. They couldn't even address that situation, so we had to send someone to go pick it up. I would avoid this location if you like Potbelly food, they don't do a good job and cant even help you out when there's an issue. If you happen to wait for someone to answer during normal business hours, often the phone just goes dead. Not a good experience there at all.

It made the rest of my sandwich taste like burnt bacon. I also asked for a side of hot peppers in which weren’t in the bag when I reached my destination.
