Wanted to give this place a try over chipotle, drove 30 minutes, placed a mobile order. when i get there they said they couldn’t make the bowl since they don’t have the ingredients.. lol what? didn’t even have chips. i guess chipotle is the way.

Customer service here is worse than terrible, employee are rude and gave me dirty looks, what’s a smile in customer service right. The employee put on gloves when I walked in and had his hand in his mouth not even 10 seconds later. The meat was bland today and rice was hard, but at least they had what I wanted. The dining room and entry way was very dirty so I ended up leaving. This was my third visit to this location and my last.

First time here. Got the Smoky Chix Cheese Crusted Quesadilla and signed up online to get the free chips and dip. Food tasted awesome, large portion, and affordable. Friendly staff. Cannot wait to try the other food options.

The food was delicious, as always, but what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding customer service.
We encountered a minor issue with my order, and the staff immediately took action to rectify the situation. Their promptness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor were truly impressive. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, and we were incredibly grateful for their kindness and efficiency.
I highly recommend this Qdoba location for its delicious food and exceptional customer service. They truly know how to treat their customers!
