Didnt eat here, but they accomodated a large group and returned funds for overcharging on large bill.

We generally use the drive thru and pick up. The chicken is great as is the sauce. Highly recommended.

We loved Raising Cane’s in Apple Valley! 🍗 The chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, and of course the Cane’s Sauce is unbeatable. The restaurant was clean and the staff was super friendly, which made the experience even better. Perfect spot for a quick meal that hits the spot every time. Highly recommend! 👏

I’ve heard really good things about this place but found it to be rather disappointing. The chicken was bland and the fries unremarkable. When looking at the menu board it says you get 1 sauce for the smaller servings of strips and 2 sauces for 6 strips and I’m thinking you get to pick from a variety of sauces, but no, they only have one sauce. I ask the cashier what it is and he says it’s like mayo and ketchup mixed with some spices but it’s not spicy. He was not lying, even the sauce was bland. And the 6 piece meal runs $17. I definitely won’t go back there.

How are y'all closed on Labor Day?! Wow such a huge disappointment to drive here with the family and see it closed on a holiday! Complete bummer to everyone in the car! Most restaurants are open on Labor Day idk who made the decision but I hope you rethink it for other holidays! Other Canes around the country were open today not sure why little ol' Schaumburg location decided to be different but it was a horrible decision!

I thought Raising Cane's was overrated because I tried the location in Wisconsin. My daughter encouraged me to try this location and I was surprised. It was like I've been to two different restaurants. This location didn't disappoint me. I see why people drive from Wisconsin to the Schaumburg location.

they charged me 10 dollars extra and i had to pay cuz i was hungry and they kicked me and my friend out because we were calling our moms and making them talk to our mommys
