Red Lobster

We started with the deliciously spicy "Crispy Dragon Shrimp" I had the "Wild-Caught Cruch-Fried Flounder", which was plentiful in quantity and exceptional in flavor, accompanied by seasoned broccoli and a baked potato. The other very good dishes eaten were the Rainbow Trout w/seasoned broccoli and Cole Slaw and the Salmon New Orleans w/mashed potatoes and salad.
It's also worth noting the courteous and consistent service we received from Emil.

Great dinner with the family on 12/30. I must say, our server, Jose, wins the server of the year award for us (I know, last day of the year, but the bar was pretty high). He was probably the best server we've ever had at Red Lobster or any mainstream restaurants we visit.

My only feedback, not a complaint, was that there were a number of boxes (like shipping stuff in or out of store) all around the host stand. Kind of odd, given that the evening dinner crowd was starting to come in.

Food was good as always, but what made the dinner memorable was the service and the pleasant attitude of the host. Congrats to Jose for winning our family's server of the year award :)

I have had Danielle, the last 2 times I've been at the red lobster in Schaumburg, she is an extraordinary server. She knows how to sneak in and sneak out when you're on business calls or private calls. She definitely is a refreshing reminder.That great customer service still exists! The drinks in the food were fabulous.As always

So far, the best Red Lobster I've been to in a while. Food was good and our waiter was awesome. After we were done eating, he brought my boys a live lobster to hold. Our boys thought it was cool to hold a live lobster. We definitely will go back.

BEWARE ! ! !
Terrible food allergy !
I had cod and appetizers that were delicious.
I've never had a Food allergy, and eat fresh crab, clams, lobster, shrimp, and eat fresh fish I catch myself regularly.
Less than 24hrs after eating at Red Lobster, I was in ER in terrible shape. Had a delayed reaction to they're food. Turns out...
Red Lobster cooks ALL food in the same oil fryers.
Food allergy may take about 24frs to hit, when oil is involved. Food Allergy don't have to be directly from the food itslef, and can be delayed, even more dangerous thru cooking oils.
Doctors and Pharmacists verified this.
My reaction confirmed it, and was extremely painful and dangerous.
I never expected an allergy where I always eat seafood and shell fish, and continue to eat fresh seafood today. But NOT from here.
It was Red Lobster.

Had dinner here with family on a cold night. Location of the restaurant is good. We walked in stood at the front for a while before being noticed by staff members. The restaurant was pretty empty a lot of open seats. The staff seated us in a small corner table right by the entrance that could not fit all of us and you could feel the rush of the ice cold wind every time the door opened, we also had children with us. We asked to be relocated to a table that could fit all of us and away from the cold air coming in constantly, the staff moved us. We ordered our food and drinks. The food was subpar everything tasted like it was sitting in the freezer for months and just reheated and served to us. The glasses the drinks came in were dirty and one had a big chip on the edge that could of cut your lip pretty badly if we didn't notice it. Pricey food for how it tasted. I could of easily reheated precooked frozen food from my freezer at home for less than half the price. This restaurant will not be in my mind next time I think of going out somewhere to eat. I could see this location closing like many other Red Lobster locations if the quality of the food continues to be this low.

I visited the restaurant twice when I visited Chicago. I recommend it to try and I had a salmon and lobster dish with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I really enjoyed my meal.

We came in on Sunday after walking out of dave and busters for not being acknowledged by any server. Thank you Red lobster! Got seated fast, great and fast service, food was delicious, and our server was so nice.

Great food, friendly staff, and a clean dining area.

Parking: There is parking surrounding the building, and while most of the best parking spots are usually taken during really busy hours, there is plenty of parking in the rear of the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: They offer booster seats, and will sing happy birthday to kids on their birthdays

Wheelchair accessibility: Fully ADA compliant, with a wheelchair ramp in the front.

Walts shrimp is the best!!!!. The menu has changed some. The waiter was MIA for quite a while.
