On 12-26-25 Your Schaumburg location 6236 for check #35832 Didn't accept a $75 gift card clearly marked “accepted at Red lobster” and 29+ other establishments. The General manager May Ruiz said we had to choose their restaurant BEFORE coming in, then present an email. I had to pay with a credit card. The Next day we used it at another store with no issue. I hadn't been to red Lob in years & reluctant to return. Call Robert Calzaretta 847-875-8262 for more details.

TISHLA

We had the surf and turf. The lobster tail was just okay. It didn't taste fresh. No flavor very small like a jumbo shrimp. The sirloin was just like a big chunk of beef. We had it medium rare and It was very tough. We couldn't even chew it. I couldn't eat it. One of us had the crab boil shrimp and they put Lobter tails in it. Now that was good fresh and very favorable! I wish the other two of us had ordered that. Oh yeah I forgot we also ordered for our sides was the asparagus with cab on top. That was very good too. If I had known the surf and turf was going to be that terrible. I would have ordered the live lobster from the tank. We were very disappointed in the surf and turf there. If course the biscuits are always good. We had a good waiter.

Very nice dinner. Great service. Food was fresh and delivered to the table hot despite it being a holiday.

I’m not the type to complain and am usually really understanding but genuinely had a bad experience. Had a reservation for 6:30, we get there not even greated nicely. Host just stared at us like we were an inconvenience. We then get seated the host just sat our menus down and walked off. We sat for 20 minutes not once were we greated. Didn’t seem busy either. I work in the industry as well and completely understand if it’s busy. But it did not seem busy at all. Waiters were around us and not one came to us. If it was busy staff usually come by and say “hey i’ll be with you shortly” but not once were we greated or acknowledged. Got up and left. Super disappointed.
