We’re seated at the dirty table - end up cleaning myself, side salad came just before we finished eating, no crab crackers, asked extra lemon - took a century to bring, at the end asked for a Diet Coke with a little ice - the drink never came. Very disappointed.

My favorite restaurant chain. Ultimate feast... Clam chowder and large Strawberry Daiquiries. Salena S was a terrific food server! Great food & service.
Don't order to go online unless you want to wait over 30 minutes once you get to the restaurant to the estimated pick up time. I ordered at 4. I got an email saying my order would be ready at 4:28. I got there at around 4:30 and waited 30 more minutes until it was ready. It was cold when I got it so it was probably sitting ready for a while but no one handed it to me until I asked the host again

The food was veryyyyy tasty,fresh ,I enjoyed so much, portions are large, you can share for 2, waiter Brandon was super nice,polite ,recommended a lot of tasty food ,took care about us,asked if all is okay,we appreciated this .So I am really glad that visited this place,I’ll definitely come again to try something new!

Have not been to Red Lobster in a very long time. The food and atmosphere were excellent. Our server, Chris, was very rude. Requested another beverage at our table. Chris immediately responded, "NO, not until you've finished the one you have first!" When he walked away, we all joked amongst ourselves, whether it was a free beverage and Chris was one of our parents! The comment did not damper our experience, but it is something that should be addressed by management during a team meeting.

Service was excellent. For some reason food quality seems to have fallen off.
Fabulous. We had the appetizer shrimp crab rangoon & was the best I've ever had. Server was friendly and attentive, the drinks were great, there was plenty of social distancing dinner was adjusted to my wife's request perfectly and the portions we're generous everything was wonderful can't wait to go back.
