I love those hamburgers. The service is perfect if you want more fries they give you a second round.

It was good food I will not complain about the kitchen staff but as for my waiter he was rude to us the whole night and acted like he didn’t want to be there even when we gave our order he still had a attitude

The worst institution, we were not seated at a table, because we were with a stroller in which a child was sleeping !!!!

Their stack of onion rings are awesome. The Whiskey River BBQ burger is really good. My daughter likes the fact you can substitute any burger for a vegetarian burger.

!*Edit!* Red Robin is a joke! I emailed the email their “customer response” listed below and still have not received a response. Clearly they do not care about the experience customers have in their stores or with their food. They’ll be going out of business soon, and it’s a shame because I used to like their burgers. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Red Robin location. Got sick from the food and when I tried to give private feedback via a customer satisfaction form was never contacted by anyone at the restaurant to address my concerns. Needless to say I will not be going back - maybe to any Red Robin, but for sure not at Woodfield!

We've been to this location many times, and we never have good service. We usually have to get up and ask for a drink or fries or napkins because the waiters go to the back and hide. BUT TODAY I was impressed with the service. Shane was the best service we've ever had at this location. I have to be honest he was on point with the food and service. Red Robin, this is a keeper 100%. My family is looking forward to seeing this guy next time we stop by for dinner.

This is one of those times when the right server is all the difference. We tried another Red Robin location and was terribly disappointed. Today was a complete 180°. Jordan was our server and was great. She told us about a promotion that got us a free appetizer. The twisty mozzarella sticks were fine mozzarella sticks. The burgers and Wraps were the star of our show. Here's a pro tip: Red Robin will do any of their burgers as a grilled chicken breast, crisy fried chicken breast, turkey burger or vegan patty at no additional charge. If you want an Impossible Patty, it is a $3.50 up charge. You can also get the burger as a wrap, or a lettuce wrap. Watching my carb intake, I went wrap route. Each burger comes with sides of French fries , sweet potato fries, or garlic fries. I went for the up charge of Garlic Parmesan Steamed Broccoli. The wrap was savory and cheesy, I did not miss the bun at all. The Garlic Parmesan Broccoli was tender and nutty. All the sides have free refills and I definitely took an extra helping of broccoli. My friends got the Southern Charm burger (cheddar BBQ sauce, bacon, and sautéed onions) and the Royal Red Robin (sunny side up egg, bacon +avocado at an up charge). Both were on point. We treated ourselves to desert of Shortbread Chocolate Souffle cake. The cake had crispy edges and a gooey center, topped with vanilla ice cream.

Vegetarian options: Any burger can be a veggies burger or for an upcharge an Impossible Burger. French fries may be fried in the same oil as crispy chicken or fish; be sure to ask your server or play it safe with Broccoli.
