Love going to Red Robbins in Scahumburg
The service is great and the food is good too
My daughter loves to play games on the console while she is having her kid s burger and we get to enjoy our dinner without too many interruptions. We have been going g there now every weekend.

The Food was really good but the only downside was the portion of sides. It was small enough for the kids menu.
The service was ok, could have been better. The waitress barely talked to me and wasn’t as engaging as I expected. And I waited nearly ten minutes for a lemonade refill.
The atmosphere was really nice it wasn’t crazy loud. I was still able to hear my friends talk. Overall I wish it could have been better. 3 out of 5 stars. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t that good. The Bloomingdale location prior to closing had top tier service. They really went out their way and I hate that they closed it down. I’m going to try a different location. Not coming back to the Woodfield location for awhile.

This location is very small compared to all other locations I've visited.
I had a vodka tonic which was passable. I typically have a Gin and tonic but their Gin selection was Beefeater and Tanqueray. Neither of those are worth drinking.
The fried shrimp appetizer was with chips was nothing I couldn't get from the frozen section of the grocery store. The shrimp was cooked, the chips over cooked.
A bit of a disappointment compared to other red Robin experiences.

Server was annoyed when I asked about a gluten free menu, she explained it was in the little touch screen machine that I needed to find it in there myself. And that's fine but don't get annoyed that I have an allergy. Food was meh.

We had been frequent customers of Red Robin going almost every Friday night. We usually asked for a fantastic servicer, Hannah Jo and always had a great meal and excellent service..... Until today! The hostess insisted in seating us in the back area where there are 4 tables, 3 were already filled with families and kids. We asked to sit on their other part of the dining room. We were told no, it's closed and we couldn't sit there. The hostess clearly didn't care about losing customers. We said, no problem and decided to leave. We went into the mall and then decided to leave within 5 minutes. As we passed the restaurant, there were several people seated exactly in the area we were told was closed. The hostess would rather we leave than have us seat in a different area. We would have waited if there was a change of shift but was not given the option. Instead, we found a different restaurant, that we really enjoyed, and will become our new Friday night restaurant. This is how companies fail! One bad employee and you've lost a good paying customer!

My brother ordered a burger and as he was chewing he discovered a piece of long hair in his mouth and he pulled it out just as the waitress was walking past. I grabbed her and told her what happened. She rushed the plate back to the kitchen and The manager came out and had the nerve to ask us if she could replace it with anything else why so can put some more hair in my other food. This was a horrible experience and I will NEVER EVER VISIT RED ROBIN AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!🐂💩
