Had a pizza order with wings - never received wings called & manager called me back & said he asked kitchen & driver & they said they gave me my wings. I told him I received an order of garlic bread not the wings. He was arguing with me about a $13 order of wings! Why would I call if my order was correct & of course the kitchen is going to say they made the order!! Unbelievable, he basically was accusing me of lying. Finally said he would issue me credit which I never received keep your $13 I'll never ever order from this place again. Very rude manager

If you're looking for a little above average pizza at a ridiculously expensive price you found the right place. I know good help is hard to find these days but you would think the owners would be more involved so the service isn't so bad but they just don't seem to care. Can't tell you how many times I called & stopped in to try & fix their broken rewards program with no resolution so don't count on that to save you any money for being a loyal customer either. So sick & tired of rotten customer service and then listening to them complain about how hard it is in the restaurant business these days. Eating out is not a luxury it's a choice and I choose to not eat here anymore. There are far too many options out there to get treated this way and keep coming back for more punishment.
