I've never had an Italian beef I didn't like... Now I have! It was cold, when it's supposed to be a hot sub, so they clearly made it when I placed the order, not at the time of the order. This is just a deli inside of the Fidelity building. Meat was not quality, barely any cheese on it even though you pay extra for cheese. Not even interested in trying the other sandwiches here

One of the freshest subs I've had, deli meat was top notch, veggies were crisp & flavorful and the condiments were on point especially the Rosie's sauce.

I’ve ordered here probably about 6 times because I like their subs. I give this place a 1 star because 4 times now my order has been wrong, or something was left off the sandwich, like the DIRTY DORITO they forget to put the damn Doritos on the sandwich and it’s the name of the sandwich. In my opinion it’s just laziness on the staff making the sandwiches. It sucks but I will not be wasting my money at this place again.

Delicious!! Would eat on the regular if lived here. Sandwiches made at time of order. Had the toasted Cali-Dago and Italian Beef with Provolone and a side of Au Jus. Fresh homemade bread from a local bakery, thinly sliced high quality meat, melted cheese, and great additional toppings. The service was kind and efficient. Shop is small with a seating area across the hallway. Relaxed vibes.

Had a meatball sandwich and a blt. Was barely warm. Bacon wasn't crispy. Over all both sandwiches tasted ok. We didn't realize it was in the lobby of an office building until we arrived. The entrance was well signed though.

Recently I’ve had the privilege of not only meeting the owner of this establishment but also trying their meatball sandwiches, which is one of their top sellers. First bite, you can tell immediately that this was made with a lot of love and care. It legit felt like a hug from my grandmother every bite. Every part of this sandwich, from the bread to the sauce, and even the meatballs, you can tell that no shortcuts were taken. It’s clearly an artisanal sandwich. By far one of the best meatball sandwiches I’ve had. Even talking with the owner you can tell that he’s proud of his product. His food speaks for itself. Can’t wait to try what else this place has to offer. Keep it up guys!

Everything about the food is delicious, from presentation, to portion, to the taste! Hot and cols sandwiches made fresh to your liking or their menu. The soups are delicious as well

The service is amazing as well, fast service and fresh food.

The dining area is great as well. Nice area to hold a small work lunch.

This was my first time here, but it was on my list for a long time. First of all, the food is delicious. Secondly, the service was so great. We were there towards the end of the day and everyone was so patient and nice. Can’t wait to add this to my rotation!

They were short staffed on the day so I understand the wait and they made up for it by giving me a few extra cannolis, which were delicious. They gave me the wrong sandich, they gave me a cold cut Italian but I ordered a different one which I forgot the name to. Probably caught them on a bad day but being my first time there I wish it was better.

Have been eating here since they opened, so we decided to have them cater our companies event. Every one of our guest raved about the food! From the beef to the salad, everything was delicious and plentiful. Thanks again guys! See you soon.
