The restaurant appeared to be poorly maintained. The kitchen and food preparation areas looked unclean, and the display section was in disarray — trays were not refilled, and the surfaces appeared dirty. The dining area also lacked cleanliness; tables had not been wiped down, and the restaurant was pretty much empty during my visit.

The area where they fry the meat looked extremely filthy — grease buildup everywhere, old residue on the surfaces, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. It gave the impression that food safety and hygiene are not being taken seriously.

When I came in, no one greeted me — the girl at the counter was just on her phone.

The hygiene and cleanliness is probably one of the worst I’ve seen in a while.

The food is not great, average at best. The employee was disgruntled and my order had gotten lost. I don’t understand why, I paid for my order and got a confirmation. Would not recommend.

So I can't remember which bowl I got because this was my very first time eating here. But it had a spicy chicken and a whole bunch of vegetables and was delicious. The salad dressing was a little bit watery, so that would be the only thing that I would change. But that's pretty minuscule.

I love fresh, healthy options. I had cauliflower rice, salmon, chickpea salad, and the spicy green sauce. It was all delicious. The server was super helpful and positive too. It had a bright atmosphere and music.

Fadi is awesome. Everytime I come in she happens to be there and makes my plate delicious. I took my dad today and she helped him choose as well. She’s awesome and kind and has great customer service skills.
I love this food because it’s on the healthier side and is a quick pick me up and it tastes so good

I ordered online for pickup on a Sunday afternoon and underestimated how long it would take me to drive and pick up my food.

When I arrived, the woman behind the counter told me she noticed my meal had been sitting for a bit, so she swapped out my pita and falafel for fresh.

If anyone knows me, I'm passionate about good customer service. And as it was, I was having a hard day.

So, naturally this small gesture had me crying happy tears my whole way home while I ate my fresh falafel and pita.

Sure, I might be a hormonal weirdo today, but if your customer service makes me cry happy tears, you can bet I'm leaving you a good review on Google.

Thanks for the wonderful customer service, Roti. I'll be back.

Roti grill is flavorful and delicious. The chicken pita is stuffed with protein and the five add ins you desire. I always enjoy Roti grill and wish there was one close to my work.

Come here for lunch once a week. I can't recommend this place enough. Being greated kindly as if we were long time friends by familiar faces working there as well as making amazing food. If you are looking for a quick stop or even catering for the office this is the place to get it. Good food for you and good on the wallet for the portions.

In Chicago anywhere close to downtown. I can get a big roll which is very filling for max $13. I paid $18 here for a pita sandwich which isn't even filling. I can eat 5 of those. And the menu on google has different price. And just having a 3 pieces of onion isn't a big deal when requested as a topping. Not the best experience. I'm sure place isnt as bad
