This place was great. The food was phenomenal and the service was fantastic. I made my own bowl and they walk me through all my choices. I made my own bowl with harissa chicken and falafel and it was super delish. I tried their Turkish brownie and was super. It had a good chocolaty flavor.Vegetarian options: Falafel, all kind of veggies.

2 years ago this would have been a 5 star review. I used to come several times a month but overtime due to price increases, it's become a splurge meal. Today was a day I felt like spending $20 on a build your own bowl and a 16oz drink. I was left underwhelmed and unsatisfied. The rice was dry, the garlic sauce broken, chickpeas undercooked and had thick, unappealing pieces of parsley stems scattered throughout. And why was the feta shredded? That's weird right? Overall, the flavors are still good and it wasn't inedible, by any means. I always get friendly and prompt service. I just can't justify the expense for poor execution anymore.

I dropped by shortly before they closed and Michelle and Fadi didn’t look bothered at all. Not only were they super kind, but this was the BEST chicken pita, I’ve ever gotten from any Roti store. It was filled with ingredients and so saucy and delicious. So happy with my first experience at the Schaumburg location. I’ll be going back again!

I love going here for lunch during my work break.They have the nicest staff and if you download the app, the rewards are fun!They have a really interesting variety of sauces that I haven’t seen anywhere else, not just your typical Tahini and Garlic sauce.
First timer for Roti, I really enjoyed it! I ordered off of DoorDash so can't speak to the service or ambiance at the restaurant, but the food was great! I was a little upset that all the sauces ended up on the top of my bowl as I asked for them to be on the slides but overall it was a great blend of roasted veggies, tender roasted chicken, cauliflower rice, greens and lots of other yummy veggie toppings. Would def go back, reminds me of cava in lots of ways.

Cody and Dustin thank you for knowing your ingredients of all foods on a your menu. As you can imagine it’s extremely difficult to eat when both your kids have food allergies. But eating at the Schaumburg location these guys made it very easy to order for my twin 5 yo with diary and egg allergies. This is the best Roti any other time I’ve walked in one there was always a weird smell. I do a lot of delivery services. The food was sooooo good and fresh. I don’t remember the name of the guy but he was the only one I saw working on 10/10/23 after 8pm. He has excellent customer service. I mean superb. Seeing as it was my first time actually eating here he explained everything and let me know what all I could do to my customized bowl. The food and service was so good I thought I was going to do a repeat the next day in Northbrook but the location had a weird spoiled smell so I left immediately. I will now only go to the Schaumburg location.
