Sakura Sushi Schaumburg All You Can Eat

Owner was so kind and helpful. Sushi came in very short time compared to other restaurants I have been to. Staff was kind and attended to needs timely. Recommend this place.

I am currently in the restaurant and I can say that despite all the bad reviews I have read this restaurant has truly went above and beyond to meet me in my family’s expectations. The owner himself came to us and told us to enjoy our food. All the staff were very caring and kind and the sushi was beyond delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Loved the food and how quick everything came out along with the helpful waiters! Only off putting thing was the fact that there was a hefty amount of dried up puke on the wall next to the toilet and a mysterious liquid all over the floor causing the entire bathroom to reek of 3 different bodily fluids. (women’s bathroom)

Had to administer an epi-pen on my wife in the middle of dinner, then rush her to the ER.
Staff was informed PRIOR to ordering of a shellfish allergy, we asked any shellfish be plated separately, they even “VERIFIED” the rolls contained NO shellfish. They were wrong and it could’ve cost my wife her life. BTW, this was a birthday dinner for our son, we had 4 of our kids with us at the time. Nothing but excuses when I returned , claiming they used artificial crab and so-on. Pure incompetence!!! NO SHELLFISH means NO SHELLFISH AT ALL . They even charged me for the entire meal. What a disgrace of an establishment

I've never in my life spit food out so fast. Everything was bland, soggy, and tasted like straight up TRASH. I genuinely couldn't even swallow let alone move my tongue. The soup tasted like straight up urine and most of the rolls tasted like burnt plastic. No flavor whatsoever. The only decent thing were the California rolls from the Bento Box. Everything else I literally threw away.🤮🤮🤮This is my first review ever in my life so I am HIGHLY disappointed. $100 down the drain. Such a shame. Everything legit went to the trash just like that as shown in the pictures. I just KNOW I'm gonna be sick tomorrow though. Wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL. I wish I could give 0 stars.😵‍💫🚫

Adrien one of the servers was really nice - he served us better than our actual server. Food is good for the price, but our group hated the 18% automatic tip since the girl who was oir actual server didn’t serve us at all lol.

genuinely awful. the server was incredibly rude and ignored table for 45-min to AN HOUR…. Food was incredibly bad compared to other nearby establishments with the same price but are 100000x time better. DO NOT BOTHER GIVING THIS PLACE A CHANCE DESPITE REVIEWS LIKE WE DID😭😭 this place needs to either close down permanently or completely redesign and rebrand. Our menus HAD BLACK MOLD ON THEM😭 and the entire restaurant was full of trash, mold, and scratches.

It can be a hit or miss. I ussualy love their food. The staff is nice and the wait isint too bad, it depends on who us working. I wish they would have there ac/fans on but it might be a one off, last time i ate here was 3 years ago so i dont remember if its a recuring thing or not. I payed 61 dollars for 3 people and left very full after getting 6 rolls. Each set had 6 to 8 pieces.

Sushi was decent but the service was very slow when I visited, definitely understaffed. Lots of restrictions on the all you can eat and there's a mandatory 18% service charge as of June 2025. Wouldn't come here over some other places but it's not the worst

Seriously don’t understand why this place is so lowly rated. Went here for lunch today and AYCE is 16.99 per person and is FAST. Server was super nice and the atmosphere was perfect. Sushi was incredible (Godzilla rolls wow) and great portion sizes. Will be coming back here again.
