This place sucks! The employees are frigging lazy. I ordered a cheese bread and they didn’t even put sauce in there. Restaurants are getting lazier and lazier. I have also ordered a cheese slice from here and it was awful as well. Overdone and rubbery. Don’t you take pride in your restaurant at all? I will go back to Garibaldi’s. At least they care.

When I was a kid one of the highlights of going to a mall was the guarantee of stopping at Sbarro for pizza.
In today's world, Sbarro earns one word from me. Overrated.
I didn't hate it, but I didn't really enjoy it all that much either. I tried a Chicken Four Cheese Stromboli and it was as plain as day. You could actually taste each individual item in it. But they didn't compliment each other well or have any kind of interplay together. It was just bland.
I also tried a slice of Hawaiian pizza. I admit I was pleased with the amount of ham and pineapple on the slice (yes, pineapple can go on pizza, grow up). But there wasn't much pizza sauce to really bring the slice together. It was basically ham and pineapple in melted cheese. The crust was enjoyable. A light airy top crust and dense yet crumbly bottom. It just needs some sauce.
I ordered my son some macaroni and cheese, I tried a little and thought it was very good. A mild white cheddar smothered cavatappi pasta dish most certainly satisfied him.
The hot display case here looked magnificent and the pizzas were mouthwatering to look at. Service here was good. We came here on Wednesday afternoon and it was basically just us dining in the restaurant.
Sbarro isn't the most overrated restaurant here at Woodfield (Charleys has that honor) but it certainly doesn't possess the same shine and luster it owned back in the 90's and 2000's. I'll likely miss it when it's gone and reminisce about what it was way back when.

The older lady on the line made me not want to visit this location again. Very poor and unprofessional service.

I would put a zero for service if I could. Got first slice with a side and drink for $10. Got another slice and side and didn’t want a drink and they charge me $15. Wouldn’t fix it after the fact, won’t come back.

Love it here. Food is delicious. Great service. Menu is simple but enough to have a good lunch before going shopping. Be back.

End of day they offered 6 slices of pizza and rolls for 21 dollars. We asked for two specific slices and at the end he swapped it out with something we didn't want to give it to one of his friends instead. Worst workers who don't even speak English.

Been coming here for years and the quality is always there. Everyone is always friendly and the food is always great. Always the first stop when coming to Schaumburg, never disappointed!

The spinach strombolli was at room temperature. The cashier told the people who work the oven. The people who worked the oven still didn’t keep it in the oven long enough. I don’t recommend. I took one bite, spit it out and just threw mine in the trash where it belongs.

First they refused to give me a cup of water even when I insisted. Then there were flies everywhere. Do not come here.

Every time I see a Sbarro I think of the episode of the Office where Michael Scott gets so excited for his "New York slice," and everyone is shocked by it. I was in this position yesterday. I walked by and told myself, "I'm going to get myself a New York slice!" And I did. But it was so disappointing.

Sbarro isn't technically doing anything wrong--their brand is just mediocre pizza, and they fill their ecological niche in our dog-eat-dog capitalist society with admirable ability.

Awful service! Called to place an order for a pizza, came to pick it up and told me that it was made wrong and they'd make me a new one and I had to wait 30 more minutes. Then I told them if I'll just take the one made with the wrong topics and they said, it was sold. You have to wait. And I asked Maria how long she just rolled her eyes and said I don't know and walked way.

This place won't serve you a cup of tap water. That feels wrong. Went in to grab some pizza and bread sticks which were OK for the price, but nothing special.
