The food tastes great! It’s very nice inside and the staff is very friendly.
Only issue is price. This is super expensive. Compared to food portions of other places you do not get the bang for you buck. Sure it tastes great, but you’re left craving more with how small sides are. Onion rings were literally like 6 of them in the box. Thats a dollar an onion ring. Fries are a little bit better but still small for $5.
2 people can get up to $50+ depending upon what toppings and food items you get.
Great experience, but may not come back just because of the expense.

The service was great - not a lover of kiosk type places but a guy working there was very willing to take orders as well - so glad they had that option. Our hamburgers were delicious, and the fries were very good and hot. Had cold lemonade to drink. First time there so I didn’t know they offered lettuce wrap instead of buns - would have liked to know but only saw a smaller menu. Same goes for the Korean choices; didn’t know til later, so know before you go. Loved the friendly casual atmosphere, and it was crowded. Service was fast. Had booths, hightop chairs and regular chairs.

First time going. Got the new Korean chicken sandwich. Good but not worth the $40+. Too small and bun was cold.
Our boss treated our small office team to lunch. I ordered a shack burger, fries and strawberry shake and it was incredible! The burger was fresh and not greasy, fries were perfectly seasoned and hot and the shake was AMAZING!
