Came for lunch with a work group. The place was not packed and didn't wait long to order. It was clean upon entry and we were greeted. Food was brought to our table quickly I had their chicken sandwich and fries. Food was good. We sat on the patio which was nice. I enjoyed my visit.

I had a bunless chicken sandwich which was ok with unsalted crinkle fries. This was my first and probably the last time I'll go. The others in my party got their burgers with fries. No one got their shakes. For the amount it cost, I was expecting at least Portillo's quality. This place, in my humble opinion, was probably a step above McDonald's. Too overpriced for the quality.

Food was really good... not to expensive. Daughter loved the Boba lemonaid. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the seating is so uncomfortable. The benches are hard to sit on. Tables to close to the benches... not sure what the designer was thinking... but for real take your food to go...
