Friendly service and clean. The large menus are helpful to those unsure of what to order. There are a couple of kiosks for those who prefer ordering through a screen. The restaurant is located outside of the Woodfield mall main area, but plenty of parking available.

I sampled some of the new, limited-edition foods on their menu. My curiosity was sparked by their introduction of Korean-style fusion sandwiches. I had their Korean barbecued burger and chicken sandwich. Because the chicken sandwich's flavor more closely matched my palate, I liked it better than the other one. The look and texture are not up to par.

Possibly the worst restaurant i’ve ever been to. $14 for 6 store bought frozen chicken nuggets and school-lunch-like cheese fries. I had to place my order on the tablet, which was fine, but after they were asking me to tip them? I didn’t interact with a single worker of the restaurant, why would they be looking for a tip? In my opinion, way too overpriced, terrible food quality, but the staff seemed nice. I don’t want to start ripping on the workers there because its not their fault and they had nothing to do with it, but management and corporate ruined the food and experience for me. If i’m going to be paying that much for a burger and fries, might as well just go to 5 guys where the quality meets the pricing.
