Everything was great food drinks crab legs were a bit pricy but everything else was pretty regularly priced. I would definitely go back but 150$ for the crab legs I'm gunna pass on that. Waitress definitely didn't like her job either hopefully have someone else next time too. But very nice and clean place great atmosphere.

Had a lovely seafood dinner on the patio. Nicely prepared Bloody Mary and Margarita. Shrimp and grits were very good and if you haven't tried the seafood salad, do so!

Service was awesome. Got the crab legs and they creeped the price up to $150 since last time we were here. Crab Legs were not as sweet as in the past. We get them each visit. Was disappointed with one of the Managers , Daniel. He walked by our table at least 3 times and never stopped to ask how everything was. Managers at this location ALWAYS stop by. I made eye contact with him yet he never once looked at us. He actually stood facing us directing an elderly couple on where there table was at . It was not typical. Maybe he has some things going on and I hope all is well.

One of our favorite restaurants for atmosphere, food and fun. Service as usual, was great. I understand that this year will be this location's 25th anniversary. Look forward to the celebration.

A+ on the amount of crab meat in the crab cake platter they forgot to put seasoning in the breading and they're mayonnaise and spice sauce very disappointing never had lobster bisque with carrots before disappointing as well also the Oysters Rockefeller appetizer I thought it was celery never had crunchy before they just leave the stems in had Seafood from across this great country and having been to Shaws before I won't be coming back

My wife and I chose Shaws for our romantic date night location this week. As usual, the food and service were absolutely excellent. However, the ambiance wasn't the best because the restaurant was filled with young children who were running around, yelling, etc. Perhaps our 6:30pm reservation was too early, but I had no idea so many children frequented Shaws. It might be good to create a separate children's section to accommodate families with youngsters.

Such a disappointment. Halibut was overcooked and served at room temperature. Seated in the bar and server was disinterested. Very poor value for the price. Too many other options to come back here.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. While eating my spaghetti, I bit into a stone that caused pain in one of my molars. Thankfully, it didn’t lead to a serious injury, but it was still quite painful.
I informed the staff, and the manager came over to apologize, which I appreciated. However, aside from offering a complimentary dessert, no further action was taken. I wasn’t looking for free food or to escalate the situation, but I did expect a bit more consideration—at least a partial discount or something to acknowledge what happened.
In the end, I paid the full bill and left with a sore tooth and an unpleasant memory. I hope this was a one-time incident, but I can’t say I felt the situation was handled as thoughtfully as it could have been.

Food is consistently good, however, would like to see Shaws offer a better bread option rather than the Parker rolls. We had the twin lobster tails. It wasn't accompanied by any sides included which makes it pricey. My friend & I purposely made reservations to sit outside on the patio as it was a lovely day & it was offered as an option on the website. When we arrived we were very disappointed that they wouldn't seat us outside. On leaving there were 2 people being served outside! Wish we would have gone somewhere else which honored reservation choices.

Loved this experience! My husband and I started with a dozen oysters and cocktails. The Broken Oar was a fantastic afternoon drink. For lunch, he had 2 different sushi rolls. He can't decide which one is his favorite - they were both delicious. I had the signature seafood salad. It was filling and the crab and shrimp were fresh (and clearly cleaned in house as I found a few tiny shell fragments). Service was relaxed and helpful. It was such a lovely lunch - I hope we get an opportunity to come back soon.

Another fine dining experience. Seated promptly in the requested area. Mike was our server. Outstanding. Food quality was, as always, excellent. Delivery was timely but not rushed. Attention to our table was appropriate and not intrusive. Love this place.
