Such a hidden gem! Absolutely love this place. Dawn is amazing! I came to this location on several week days and she is always so friendly, kind, attentive, makes excellent drinks, and is so warm and inviting she just makes you want to come back. I can't say enough good things about her! I also had the pleasure of meeting Kristen and Tony who were also wonderful! Shuffle's West is comfortable, relaxing, extremely clean, has a full bar, and is in a great location. Highly recommend!

Usually one of my favorite spots, while the chicken fingers are good it's the honey mustard dipping sauce that kills it! Tonight was less than stellar, our waitress finally came to take our drink order after we waited almost 15 minutes. She apologized and stated she forgot this was her table. My wife ordered a cherry coke and I got a Arnold Palmer and we both asked for glasses of ice water. Since we waited so long we also ordered dinner. My wife went with the chicken finger platter and I had the Fish Fry, both items that are usually quickly plated and delivered since they just constantly have both dropped and flipped so often. Our waitress was non-existent (maybe snuck in a break during the dinner rush???) when she did surface she was surprised that our food wasn't delivered. Needless to say it was a 30 min wait for food we have received within minutes at previous visits. I'm not one to complain while at the restaurant because I prefer not to piss off the people handling my food. Paid the bill, left a tip against my better judgement but they lost some of the luster moving forward.

We Stopped by to play and got some drinks the “shuffletini” and the “gambler” we’re a hit! Totally recommend. Walking in the place had a different feel from other slot places very clean and upscale feel! Tony the bartender was very helpful and took great care of us!

This venue exceeded all expectations for a 70s themed birthday party. beautiful very clean space, delicious food items and the mixologist, Tony created drinks to fit the theme of the event. We had a nice size crowd, drinks, food and five star service was given to all attendees. The team at Shuffles are professionals, knowledgeable and dedicated to helping one create a memorable event. Sean, the Manager was available at all times to assist with the rental and party planning. The space is upscale and beautifully decorated that we did not change a thing for the event. All of our guests had a great time, raved about the venue, service and food. Thank you Tony, Sean and the entire staff at shuffles for the seamless experience and great memories, we will be back.

STAY AWAY AWFUL FOOD Served old wilted BROWN lettuce Potato skins didn't have ANY topping on half of them The star of the show the chicken fingers were dry no seasoning at all bland and dried out Really this is the what you serve your paying customers??? 4 chefs in the kitchen and they have the stones to serve old brown wilted lettuce really? This is what you pump out of your kitchen to your customers Worst food I had at any restaurant in Schaumburg

After a wonderful first meal here last month, the wife and I decided to order the same food to pick up for dinner. We were expecting the same high level food and service but we were unfortunately let down this time. First, ordering online is troublesome because there is no way to make special requests ( I.e. no dressing on the salad) when I called the person to make sure our order would be correct she was obviously confused because she couldn’t find our order. She stated that 1 computer was down. Also it seems if you order online it goes through door dash not their internal system by name so they get confused. The chicken fingers seemed more bland this time. Wife’s bake potato was over cooked and my au gratin potatoes were undercooked. The side salad had wilted lettuce in it. When I arrived for pickup they couldn’t find my order and said it wasn’t done. When I looked for it I found it on the door dash shelf. The worst thing was they forgot to include their signature honey mustard sauce!!! What a disappointment!

Cole Slaw was awful, tasted like raw cabbage. No sauce to speak of. No chardonnaly. My friend had the Ultimate Grilled Cheese, and one side was PROCESSED KRAFT SINGLES! I really don't know that we will be back. The area is full of better food.
