I went in with my dad and expected a good burger and not much else. I couldn't even believe how much more I got. From the moment I got there, Alexander, the guy manning the cash register was so helpful, informative, and kind without being overbearing. I was mind blown how much he cared about his job. Worst experience ever. Super disorganized location. Only about 3 workers in the entire restaurant on Saturday rush hour. They have a cookies and cream shake, but they ran out of Oreos. We waited about 30 minutes for two shakes, a fry, and tater tots. Also, patrons had to clean off tables themselves.
Service was slow, food was cold, place wasn't the cleanest, floor was sticky, Overpriced for the quality of food, Unorganized. Employees were all new being trained at once the manager said. Employees didn't look neat or professional. Sloppy appearance and disappointing food.
