Service past few times we have visited has been slow and food was worse quality than prior visits. Being able to see into kitchen it seems staffing, training, and organization is certainly an issue. Clearly struggling juggling multiple orders and it wasn't even that busy (maybe 3 or 4 others waiting at the time)

The burger was very good and delicious but the fries were alright. They did mix up our my order with someone else but it got resolved.

The food was good. The service was not the best. But what stood out the most was how dirty the floor was. The floor was sticky and you could almost slide on it. I looked really dirty. Bathrooms were also not clean.

The workers were very nice; cleaning the table before we sat down, and refilling both the pop lids and napkins!

Forgot the avacado and it wasnt great when i got it...and some people were almost done eating by the time we all got our food...
Vegetarian options: The veggie burger was great! They forgot avacado and i wasnt in love with it when i did get it... but otherwise it was great!

I so miss old Smash! Came in for lunch on Saturday about 2:00. The service was friendly - but! ...
The restaurant was a hot mess! Dirty! No Cherry Coke, No TP, No salt, No napkins, No straws No interest in rectifying the issues.
It was also very hot in the dining room 75-80 F .
Don't know if I will ever get my husband to come back?
