Very unprofessional and unhelpful employees. I ordered my food online for pick up. When I reached it, they made me wait another 15+ minutes to get my prordered food. Never coming back.

We write to the support service, we want a refund. Never order food here. Why didn't I read all the reviews before ordering...

After a long day in the city, I ordered my family burgers and milkshakes for delivery. When the delivery driver arrived with the order, the order was missing multiple items. I tried calling the restaurant SEVERAL times and never got an answer. It was an order of over $100 and we were excited to try a place that we don't have where we live (we live about 6 hours south of here.) Disappointed.

Took my family here to have their first Smashburger experience and the service was horrible. Sandwiches were delivered without fries and one of the meals never arrived at all. Mentioned the fries and meals and had to wait 15 minutes for the fries to come out without any seasoning. My daughters meal never came. Had to get a refund as we had waited 45 minutes and ended up taking my kid next door for her to actually get food.

Ordered from there yesterday (placed order online and went to pick up) received a text message saying your order is ready so to my surprise when I got there it wasn't even started I gave the cashier (a big man) my name for the order and he said it would be right out. I sit down and wait thinking no big deal - 25 minutes pass by and I go up to him again and ask how much longer as I had to be somewhere he then asked well what did you order- ummm did we not just have this conversation a HALF HOUR AGO!!!! I told him he then proceeds to point to bags that are sitting on the counter for maybe 10 minutes I said don't you think you could have let me know it was ready. He just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Highly disappointed in the service.. Then I go to eat my food and it was absolutely horrible. I asked for extra sauce on both orders and guess what. Dry as the Sahara I go to eat my tots and realize they are sitting in an inch of oil I had to throw it all away. I will never be back nor do I recommend this place to anyone- I highly suggest going down the way to shake shack instead!! Or honestly even McDonald's you'd be more satisfied.
Terrible service. The presumed manager said “can you scan the QR code like everybody else did,” and he did it to multiple customers. Being forced to make an account for somewhere I’ve eaten once, especially when the service was poor, is simply annoying. The QR code is not even big, it’s a small code that is out of pretty much anyone’s POV unless you are a 5 year old child. Probably need more and new staff because it seems like they have no urgency or desire to do a good job.

Had a really relaxing lunch here with a great burger and shake. Food was ready in less than 10 min. The individuals working there were kind. Zero complaints. Will come again, and likely often.

First time at Smashburger and definitely the LAST. Order taking service is HORRIBLE. They definitely need more personnel. The cashier who takes your orders is also taking the orders to the tables and bagging to-go orders. She leaves customers waiting for at least 10 minutes while she's doing something else and has no backup and jo other team members step in. I waited at least 23 minutes to place my order because cashier stepped away twice to take care of other stuff then the food was greasy and not that great for the price we paid. Very dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least.
