Stan's Donuts & Coffee

Honestly I’ve never been the type to get hot coffee instead of frappes but since I was sick, I needed to drink hot things instead of cold. But I decided to try this place out! I decided to get a red velvet donut with a hot mint hot chocolate. When I first ordered, one guy with dirty blonde hair was quick to give me service when I wanted donuts and he was kind about the fact that he only meant donuts when I tried to order drinks XD anyways the line went by pretty quickly even though I was like the 5th person in line. Anyways, the mint hot chocolate was made pretty quickly and I would say it’s like a 5 minute wait. When I tried the mint hot chocolate, it was so good. I really love mint flavored items and this one hits the spot for me and it wasn’t even tongue burning hot like how other places would make it. It was a perfectly hot temperature and it wasn’t cold either (no crap but wtv). It was awesome, if I was a rich person I would give them a 50 dollar tip. Anyways the red velvet would be a solid 8/10 because it doesn’t rlly taste like red velvet but more to a chocolate donut but it was still pretty fluffy and good so no hate. The mint hot chocolate though a 10/10. Anyways the cashier was a girl with dark girl and black glasses and she’s was very nice! As a cashier myself, I lowkey SUCK at customer service since I have a problem when it comes to my smile and stuff but this girl was very friendly and she seemed pretty cheerful to her customers! Alright it was so good that I decided to go back with my sister and she got a… I kinda forgot I think it was a croissant donut (idk how to spell but alright), and she ended up with a messy mouth ngl, she gave the donut a 8/10. The girl who served us was also pretty quick with it, I think her name was Monty? I didn’t really get a good look at her name tag but it’s wtv. But she was pretty nice but she was like LOCKED IN on her work. Anyways I appreciate her dedication to her job. First time doing a review btw, but I would definitely come back for that mint hot chocolate, I wished I had money to tip the employees 🫩✌️

I am trying the Americano 16 oz for the first time at Stan's. I enjoy my coffee black, no sugar, no cream. The pure flavor is important to me. And this coffee is a dissapointment! Flavorless, blah!!!! I treated a friend with a Pumpking spice latte and a specialty, so I hope she has a better luck. I will ask. But I am not coming back.

A really good snack in a mall food court - definitely exceeded my expectations.

Employees are friendly!! Best donut I think I've ever had, and frappe was made quickly. would recommend!!!!!!!

Amazing gourmet doughnuts. A little pricey, sure. But their variety and specialty doughnuts are insane (in a good way)! One of the best apple cider doughnuts I've ever had, and I wish that wasn't a seasonal selection. They don't stay fresh very long, though, so it's hard to justify buying more than 1 or 2 at a time. Nice that they have vegan options too. I'm not vegan, but sometimes those varieties are inexplicably delicious, so there's no reason not to choose those and enjoy as much! I wish there were more locations closer to me so I could go more often. I especially don't love having to visit crowded malls to get these, but they're worth it.

I went to Stan’s the other day (Saturday), when I was in the mall shopping. I heard they were really good. When got to the food court, the Stan’s line was very long. There were only 2 ppl working on a very busy Saturday, but I decided to wait in the line. I watched the employees struggle getting the line down. I get to the counter to pick a donut and I happen to see something moving IT WAS A ROACH on the vegan donut!!!! I WAS COMPLETELY DISGUSTED!!! I literally walked away after waiting so long. I will never eat from this place and you should think twice before you do!

The employees were very kind. They didn’t get frustrated with all the orders they had at one time. The coffee and donuts were delicious!!! My family and I were traveling from PA. The mall environment itself was amazing. Coming from an area where malls are dead it was refreshing to see a thriving mall!

nothing special, offers 2 vegan donut options. i believe i tried the chocolate one a couple years ago but i really don't remember. coffee is super super sweet.

The pumpkin old fashioned donuts are spectacular! I was a bit disappointed by the apple cider donut, but I also grew up eating the best apple cider donuts in Northern IL so I'm just really biased.

These donuts are disgusting.The donut is like rubber. Their Boston cream donut has 0 flavor their cookie butter donut is foul! Disgusting!

Amazing donuts, slightly rude employees. They probably had a rough day it was before dinner time. I was looking to see if I had birthday rewards and the cashier was rushing me. I got a biscoff donut and a glazed donut for the free glazed donut Friday (which I loved btw).
