Second time they gave me a regular milk latte instead of an almond milk latte. Its really important to some people to not drink cows milk :(

Very rude staff, started by saying Hello and the guy completely ignored us, asked for room for cream and then he said we don’t have cream out , I told him I was here yesterday and there was a cream outside and then he said we don’t do this everyday?? One of the worst Starbucks I have been too.

I ordered a chai late and as soon as I consumed half the cup I start itching and all my body get swollen I thought I was going to die am still itchy even after I took a shower am bleeding from scratching myself this is unacceptable
