So i stopped by this location today 4/14/2025 at 1:30pm and asked the girl for a cup of ice and holly shit that turned into a very big deal the girl tells me I have to make a purchase in order to get a cup of ice then I ask her if I could talk to a manager and she says to me five times that she’s a manager and that the other guy that was helping her was a manager I told her 5 times no you are not get me a manager so she goes into the office and gets her manager and then he comes out and tells me that all Starbucks makes ppl buy an item to get a cup off ice and I told him so if I call 5 other Starbucks all of the Starbucks managers are going to say the same thing lol and he stating Jan 27 they should he wasn’t sure why there not though

I would really give this place 0 stars. The absolute worst customer service! The barista (the girl) this morning gave me the nastiest attitude. It first started off when I was waiting on myself and my co workers drinks. I get it..it's morning I know your getting everything ready at the same time and making drinks! After my drink came was made i said I'm waiting on a few more. She made a very rude comment or I should really say comments!!! She stated, yeah I'm making them... your gonna have to wait! Okay...first of all I didn't say to hurry up did I?! Then she made another comment by saying one the drinks my co worker's is getting sounds disgusting. With whatever combination it had.... I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR OPINION...DO WHATEVER IT SAYS OR DO WHAT YOU WANT. DO ME A FAVOR DON'T YOU EVER SAY THAT TO A CUSTOMER OR TO MYSELF AGAIN!!!! SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT AGAIN, OR HAVING AN ATTITUDE OVER THE LITTLE THINGS OR I WILL GET CORPORATE INVOVLED!!!!

Who paid that Asian girl with double chin to be there? Rude, unprofessional thinking that she is cool or something, asked for water and yes i did purchase other items, she started rolling her eyes making weird faces closing the register hard etc…. I asked her whats with the attitude?? She rudely said what lmao all of a sudden she cannot hear me…another employee took over and helped us, was super nice and apologized for that rude one! She had audacity to say something to a different employee and laugh. If u dont wanna be there just dont be there! Do ur job right!

Terrible workers, wouldn’t even make us our drinks even though it was 5:40 PM. If the owner is reading this, the closing staff was working on February 18th, 2024 and refused us service because they were too lazy to make the drinks.

Its ultra modern design and open floor plan, a fairly large dining area -- all are very attractive and already memorable. The dining experience in this Starbucks largely depends on what time of the day you visit: in the mornings it's moderately busy, in the afternoons and evenings it can take a long time to stand in line to the counter, and then stand and wait for the order to be ready, and afterwards try to find a seating place: it's not that easy. And even more: it is a winter holiday time, and Starbucks is packed! Well, it's surrounded by hundreds of shops in this fabulous mall, and thousands of shoppers walk around and also stop at Starbucks . All that creates a particular, full-of-energy ambiance, so to speak. My order of Cappuccino was ready quite soon, plus I also bought some pastries as a take out (total for three items with 12.0% tax came to $13.27). Service was courteous and friendly. Coffee was good, but not great, pastries were very good, tasty and were enjoyed later. It took me some time to find -- no, not even a table with chairs, that was all taken -- just a tall bar counter in the back of the restaurant, and drink coffee, standing. What can I say? I always liked Starbucks, they have variety of food choices, usually I enjoy their coffee and cold beverages. This time, it's difficult to say, that I was delighted with my experience. Pretty much because of that very busy-busy atmosphere, I'd say. But Thanks Starbucks, see you next time, but in the morning!
