There have been multiple times where I ordered a matcha on the app and they made the wrong drink and put my name on it (the sticker clearly has the correct order on it but it is the wrong drink). Sometimes I have my coworkers pick it up for me so I can’t even ask for it to be remade. I end up throwing my drink away because I don’t drink coffee in the afternoon. I’ve only had it happen at this location on Roselle and Wise Rd.

20 minutes in a drive thru line for a decaff coffee. Then the barista spills it all over my hand, doesn't offer napkins, doesn't apologize.

Went to the drive thru window. My son ordered a coffee which was $7.34. I do not support Starbucks so I don't know if that's a good price. What I'm mad about is they tacked on a $5.00 tip. Do you think $5.00 is a fair tip for handing someone a coffee through the drive up window? Don't appreciate being ripped off by Starbucks.

This starbucks prioritizes the drive through orders over inside orders. I watched at least 6 cars go through the drive thru and get their orders before I got my tall iced coffee. Waiting 10 minutes for a tall iced coffee is ridiculous. Also a customer that ordered after me got their drink before me, explain how that happens???
Normally this wouldn’t bother me so much but this delay made me late for an appointment. This location is unorganized and not focused on good customer service. I don’t think I would return even if I was in the area. Theres is a much friendlier starbucks further down the road.

I have to say the girl taking orders in the drive thru today 1/14 around 4:50pm is just the sweetest person. Great customer service. This is also the best my matcha order has come out of any Starbucks.

Every time I go to this Starbucks and pay with Apple Pay, they literally tilt the payment screen right as I’m tapping—clearly hoping I’ll “accidentally” hit a tip option I never agreed to. It’s shady, irritating, and honestly feels like a scammy little tactic to squeeze extra money out of customers.

I shouldn’t have to play dodge-the-screen just to buy a coffee. If I WANT to tip, I’ll tip. But manipulating the payment screen so I’m tricked into it? Absolutely not. Do better.

I usually order this drink from Starbucks so I would expect it to look the same every time. Tell me why it seems like this barista has never made a matcha before? I did not order a drink with chunks of powder in it. Do not even get me started about the powder sifting to the bottom of this drink. Making a matcha with little to no powdery chunks is not impossible, I fear. This service is embarrassing.

I normally never leave reviews, but I had such an uncomfortable experience at this Starbucks that I felt like I needed to say something.
I came in with a Caramel Ribbon Crunch from another Starbucks that didn’t taste right — it was completely watered down. I politely asked if they could please remake it, which I’ve had other locations do without any issue. The barista immediately looked annoyed and said, “Mmm I don’t think there’s anything we can do about that,” and got quiet. After I asked her to let the shift lead know, the shift lead came out and instantly gave off rude “mean girl” energy. She didn’t even look at the drink — she just said, very seriously, “Yeah, if it’s not from our store there’s nothing we can do about it,” while staring straight at me. Another worker nearby looked like she was smirking, which just made the whole thing feel worse.
It was embarrassing and unnecessary. I ended up going to a different Starbucks just a few minutes away, and they happily remade the drink, even asked me to try it before leaving to make sure it was right, and threw the old one away for me with no problem. Huge difference in attitude and customer service.
I hope management addresses how customers are treated here — sometimes it’s not about the policy, but about basic respect and kindness.

Stopped by this location after grabbing breakfast from Egg Tuck nearby, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I was in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes even though there were only a few cars ahead of me. When I finally reached the order kiosk, I requested a tall Caramel Ribbon Crunch, then waited another 5 minutes before getting to the window.

The barista at the window seemed very flustered — it appeared she was new to the role, which explained the delay. However, things went downhill from there. She gave me an incorrect total, and when I clarified my order, she insisted I had asked for a Venti. I politely corrected her and said I ordered a tall. She then closed the window abruptly and called her manager.

The manager came over, said “card please,” charged me for the tall drink, and handed me my drink without a receipt or any apology for the mix-up or delay. The drink itself was fine, but the customer service was poor and the overall experience was frustrating. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Starbucks.
