Went to the drive thru for lunch (11.65$) and they refused to accept a 50$ bill. (Doesn’t say they don’t accept them at the window) Told me they don’t have enough in the till! (I had the exact coin amount for them )You’re telling me Starbucks doesn’t have $39 in their till to give me my change? Then the manger proceeded to be a smart ass and tell me to have a nice day after they refused me my lunch and coffee. SHOUT OUT TO DUNKN FOR TAKING MY MONEY(:

Service is always nice. The tables and floor are always dirty and covered in sticky crumbs. Prices have gotten out of control high. I used to come here every other day. Now I come once every two months. Price and cleanliness have cost them my business.

The staff went above and beyond to help me find the perfect Valentine’s Day cup—talk about dedication! Not only that, but they were all so sweet, kind, and genuinely happy to help.
My drink was made to perfection, my food was absolutely delicious, and the entire experience just made my day. The energy in this location is unmatched, and it’s clear that the team truly cares about their customers. Whenver we visit from NYC, we make good use of the Starbucks drive-through here, which is near my parent's house, for either a coffee run or cake pops for the kids. I have only been inside a few times, but it's a large Starbucks with ample seating and always seems busy, but we are usually visiting during the summer or holidays.
The drive-through staff has always been courteous and as efficient as possible. I have only had my drink made wrong a couple of times, but it was never a big deal to go inside and have it re-made or fixed.
I like that they train the even during busy shifts because everyone has to learn eventually, and as a customer, remember to be mindful! We all started somewhere, be kind. I've seen my share of not-so-nice people in the drive through and wonder what you're gaining by being mean. They are young kids working in there and they work hard!
