On April 10th, 2024, at approximately 10:15 AM, I came into this location after just finishing dialysis. I was a little weak and needed something in my system along with a place to sit and relax for a few minutes. I placed my order with Carolyna. She was so pleasant and accommodating that she brought me my complete order outside to me. I will not forget such a kind gesture!! She should be commended for doing so!! The world needs more of this and you absolutely made my day!!! ??

Only gave a three for service because the few times I went in the morning around 8am (highly don't recommend) it is beyond packed. You can order but you will have to wait at least 15-20 minutes for your drink. It's not their fault because they are so busy but all the mobile orders come in and get made first and than they go to the walk ins. So best bet for ANY Starbucks is just to go during the down town and it's not rush hour crazy.Other than that, going during non peak hours it's always fast and never any issues.

The most delicious coffee from all Starbucks in Schaumburg
I place my order 10+ minutes in advance to accommodate them and to give them enough time and almost every time it's always not enough time and you have to wait around an additional 10 minutes, so 20 minutes total for ONE drink when all is said and done. Without a doubt the slowest Starbucks I go to, there's Starbucks in the city during commuter rush that are faster than these guys.
