I used to love this location, but now it seems to have taken a few steps back. The coffee started to taste off a bit ago. There’s also a strange smell coming from some of the workers and the back. Kinda smells like vape which shouldn’t be used in a store. Pokke (that’s on his name tag) every Sunday looks kinda stressed out. I can see he’s working hard but I also see other people standing around for the most part. I feel a bit bad for him. I always see him making drinks and it doesn’t seem like he’s ever anywhere else in the store. Olivia is another great worker there. I see her helping out all the time and she’s so friendly. Pokke and Olivia are definitely some of the best workers there even if Pokke is a bit soft spoken.

My cousin and I went on 02/19 around the evening time. There was no line and we asked them to give us a moment while we looked at the menu. Then 5 seconds later, one of the employees said “you guys have about 30 seconds to order before the window closes” so we rush and order. I know there’s usually a decent amount of ice given in the drinks, but the amount they gave us was ridiculous. The audacity to be rude and try to “joke” around and then fill up our cups with extra ice. Lmfao.

This is my favorite Starbucks location! Orders always come out quick and correct. Not to mention the drinks are made the best here. I love Ari and Amy Jo! They always have my back and make sure I don’t forget anything. Thanks ladies!! 🤗

I’m a frequent DT customer at this location and I love greeting the baristas by their name. I became friends with Daniel since he constantly recognized me and was always so kind! I think this just happens to be my favorite cup sign I’ve gotten yet ;)

Super slow, only one person making drinks for the inside and outside. Took 15 minutes to make two lattes. The employees reason, “we’re closing the store in about an hour.”

Love this store! Every time I go in staff is always welcoming to myself and every customer. My drink is always delicious and done in a timely manner. Whether I go through drive thru, walk in or mobile order I always have a great experience. Love those baristas there!

I came here today to get my coffee and pastries and it seems like I’m not welcomed to buy from here!!! It’s the case in many places; so it’s my problem that I must resolve!!!

My drinks always made correctly at this location, which is increasingly rare at Starbucks. Daniel's pleasant and professional as well, again an increasing rarity at Starbucks. I'm happy to go out of my way to visit for good service.

I hope Jamie finds a job she really loves! Because clearly this Starbucks is not it. Everyone else was kind, and service oriented. Jamie was not.

I was disappointed with the customer service this morning. The older gentleman working could benefit from customer service training on how to speak respectfully to customers. I’d recommend avoiding this location on Monday mornings.

Know that if you get Vito, you’ll have great coffee & a good day. Vito greets his regulars by first name and brings a smile to my face each morning. I will say I haven’t had this experience with the rest of the staff—others are often grumpy, short, and have messed up my drinks. If this establishment cares about good service and happy customers, give Vito a bonus. If customers can see how hard he works & how much effort he puts in to make every customer feel a bit happier, then the owners should too.
