I was trying to reload my card and your going to tell me a million dolls company does not have change. I’m at Starbucks 3 times a day. The poor customer service will now have me never step foot back into a Starbucks. Sadly.

The Starbucks at this location, which I visit in the mornings, is one of the best! The staff is always friendly, and the drive-thru is efficient and fast. I haven’t been inside, but judging by the quality of the team working here, I’m sure it’s well maintained as well. Whoever the manager is, they should get a raise—clearly, they’re doing a great job!

20 to 25 minute wait for drinks???? Customers angry because their drinks have been forgotten about because they can't print name stickers. Staff was rude.

I used the drive thru the other night on my way home. My kids wanted cookies/cake pops and I wanted a drink. The guy working at the window that evening was super friendly and even complimented the glitter cover I had on my credit card. The line moved fast and they put our order together really quickly. My kids loved the cake pops and cookies and my drink was made perfectly. (The raccoon cake pop was ADORABLE!) Highly recommend this location!

This has been my go to location for years. I’ve cut back since getting home from vacation 2 weeks ago and have only gone 3x. 2 out of 3 visits have been so unpleasant, inclusive of a complete lack of customer service skills. 1, Handing me 2 caramel macchiatos with no espresso and trying to gaslight me that it must be me, without even offering to check machines/how the barista was making them. After being shocked by their behavior I walked out and called corporate for a refund, and then went to the Starbucks down the road which magically tasted normal. And then today, waiting 30 minutes for an order, not being able to receive any help and upon asking for a refund, the manager completely silent while refunding me - general customer service skills would have said “I see you ordered 30 minutes ago, I apologize that you’ve had to wait” however, two occasions have made it clear they are severely lacking there, as well as their drink making skills.

I will gladly drive an extra 5 minutes to never come back here.

Both drinks we got from them are diluted with water too much.
For over $8... They could've avoid cutting corners and trying to scam you on drop of syrope.

Re: you know you can do it good in first place. It's not my responsibility to steer you in right direction.
I have never got such diluted drinks from Starbucks.
By the way i tried it when i was on i 90... So no i couldn't just fix that drink.
You are selling a drink which consist 90% of water for over $5 and on top of that your machine asking TIP!!!
By the way i just read your reviews and looks like I'm not only one saying that you doing that.

For that price that drink should be not 5 star in must be all the way at 100.

**Do not take out your misery on customers!**

This morning, I ordered my coffee via the mobile app for drive-thru pickup. Upon arriving at the menu board, I informed the staff that I was picking up an order for blank and processed to the window.

At the window, the gentleman handed me a drink that was not what I had ordered. He checked the label, acknowledged the mistake, and took the drink back. A minute later, he returned with the same drink, which appeared to have only been topped with sweet cream foam rather than remade.

To avoid holding up the line, I parked and walked inside the store to address the issue. I explained to the cashier that I had ordered a Cold Brew Nondairy Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam, but had originally wanted the white chocolate macadamia cream cold brew, which was out of stock on the mobile app. The cashier kindly explained that they could make it but without the nuts on top, as that was the item out of stock. I agreed and thanked her.

However, when my coffee was ready, a lady held it up to grab my attention, and told me I cannot order something out of stock! I explained that I had not ordered it, and she continued to say they had made the one I originally ordered, which was a mistake as confirmed by the first staff member. She went on a rant until the first staff member got involved. Not only was I reprimanded for accepting a coffee that the cashier offered to make, but the lady who made the coffee was rude and seemed to take her anger out on me! The entire store heard her!

I’m not one to write a review but everytime I come to this location my drink is always on point never had a bad drink experience. I love the type of ice they use in their drinks overall I give this location 10/10.
