So when I buy tea from Starbucks, I put one bag in the cup and keep another one to use later because it’s too strong with two bags same time that’s what I did earlier so I still had one teabag , I went in here and ask them for hot water and the guy told me I have to be customer at this location at that time to be able to get side of hot water in my own cup by the way I wasn’t asking for Starbucks cup , went down to Dunkin’ Donuts no problem didn’t ask me a thing I’ve been coming to this location ever since they opened this was for sure last time Starbucks lets homeless people to hang out in there shops but a cup of hot water is too much to ask. Makes a lot of sense.🤣

I had called the store about needing to exchange a tumbler because the one I bought turned out to be defective. James was a wonderful help throughout my whole experience. When I called, he listened carefully, checked if the item was in stock, and after telling me his name, he assured me if I couldn't come before his shift was over, he'd let his coworker know about the issue and gave me their name too just in case. When I arrived, the exchange was very quick, and he even took the time to make sure the tumbler was functioning properly when I asked him despite it being a little busy. I really really appreciate the care and consideration he gave, especially since I haven't always had the best interactions in customer service recently. Thank you to James and the rest of the Starbucks team here, your kindness does not got unnoticed!!

My mom had a latte and specifically asked for it with oat milk maybe 5 times because she has severe problems with lactose and regular milk, but they still made it with regular milk and now she feels really bad and sick for the rest of it

James gave energy in a time where people aren’t allowed to be joyous and it was amazing to be able to revive that enthusiasm. The baristas deserve recognition for how amazing the drinks came out, I am very picky about how my drink turns out and to say I was pleased is an understatement 10/10 would recommend
