They wont even give you a cup of water! I thought this was American I guess not.
Chris was so kind and helpful right before my shift. I was asking for recommendations on drinks and he was so quick and thoughtful with his answers. He was also very funny, honestly made my day. Thank you so much, will definitely be buying from the kiosk from now on!! Genuinely love his vibe, thanks Chris.

Tried to order a tall cherry Chai non dairy and the barista attempted to charge me $9. A grande is under $6. This is not acceptable and greedy.
Why is it such an issue for a PAYING customer to ask for a straw with their drink? Is there a no straw rule? The little girl named “S” with pony tail gets offended if you ask for a straw and always has the most unfriendly attitude. Another time i came with my daughter and we asked for straws and the girl put it in a puddle of who even knows and expected me to be ok with it. Cleanliness is disgusting, staff is rude.
However the guy with the curly hair and glasses is always nice—maybe his co workers should take some notes on mannerism and customer service from him.
I would like someone to reach out to me. Enough is enough.

Went a few days ago and had the worst customer experience. Skylar was extremely rude and disrespectful. Also screaming at her coworkers and it makes me feel bad for them.

I come here everyday I work. I usually have no problems, but this morning the barista with curly hair skipped my order to make his friends free drinks. I got there and waited almost ten mins, I had to walk up to the register and thank goodness the person at the register told him to make it or who knows how long I'd have to wait. Skipping over paying customers to make your friends FREE drinks is crazy to me from both a manager and customer perspective.
i ordered through the mobile app and i can’t add waters to my order. so i asked them if i can get ice waters and they said yeah until karen the manager i suppose said it’s gonna be one per guest now all with attitude and i said water is free and she said that they pay for the cups and everything and i said well i work at the mall, i have associates with medical issues least i can provide them
with iced water and she said they can bring their own water bottles and they can fill it up and then she proceeded to ask me where i worked and i said she doesn’t have to worry about it. and left! KAREN HAS ISSUES!

I ordered the strawberry açaí and I got the drink with a very little amount of dried strawberry crumbs. I asked them to add the dried fruit in it. They said they ran out of the ingredient. Why not tell this to the customer when they order it?? The employee said the drink tastes the same without the strawberry pieces anyways. Well, I don’t agree with that at all. The customer should be able to decide what works for them. I asked for a refund but they didn’t return my tip. So I ended up losing money for no beverage. This location should hire better employees who know what customer service means. They are a bunch of clueless teenagers. I will not be returning to this location.

Very crowded, drinks made completely wrong, very unsanitary. People just grabbing drinks and straws and holding them and putting them back. A positive is that some of the baristas are nice.
