Why is it such an issue for a PAYING customer to ask for a straw with their drink? Is there a no straw rule? The little girl named “S” with pony tail gets offended if you ask for a straw and always has the most unfriendly attitude. Another time i came with my daughter and we asked for straws and the girl put it in a puddle of who even knows and expected me to be ok with it. Cleanliness is disgusting, staff is rude.
However the guy with the curly hair and glasses is always nice—maybe his co workers should take some notes on mannerism and customer service from him.

I would like someone to reach out to me. Enough is enough.

Went a few days ago and had the worst customer experience. Skylar was extremely rude and disrespectful. Also screaming at her coworkers and it makes me feel bad for them.

I come here everyday I work. I usually have no problems, but this morning the barista with curly hair skipped my order to make his friends free drinks. I got there and waited almost ten mins, I had to walk up to the register and thank goodness the person at the register told him to make it or who knows how long I'd have to wait. Skipping over paying customers to make your friends FREE drinks is crazy to me from both a manager and customer perspective.

i ordered through the mobile app and i can’t add waters to my order. so i asked them if i can get ice waters and they said yeah until karen the manager i suppose said it’s gonna be one per guest now all with attitude and i said water is free and she said that they pay for the cups and everything and i said well i work at the mall, i have associates with medical issues least i can provide them
with iced water and she said they can bring their own water bottles and they can fill it up and then she proceeded to ask me where i worked and i said she doesn’t have to worry about it. and left! KAREN HAS ISSUES!

I ordered the strawberry açaí and I got the drink with a very little amount of dried strawberry crumbs. I asked them to add the dried fruit in it. They said they ran out of the ingredient. Why not tell this to the customer when they order it?? The employee said the drink tastes the same without the strawberry pieces anyways. Well, I don’t agree with that at all. The customer should be able to decide what works for them. I asked for a refund but they didn’t return my tip. So I ended up losing money for no beverage. This location should hire better employees who know what customer service means. They are a bunch of clueless teenagers. I will not be returning to this location.

Very crowded, drinks made completely wrong, very unsanitary. People just grabbing drinks and straws and holding them and putting them back. A positive is that some of the baristas are nice.

If you don’t like your job, don’t work in customer service.I had a horrible experience at this Starbucks.I received an attitude from an employee and he rolled his eyes at me for asking for WATER.Short African American man, glasses, reddish dark brown hair with a beard.Please do better.

The Starbucks next to the crocs store is the best Starbucks. I asked for a pour over at the kiosk and they said they didn’t make those. The energy of the store is wonderful Scott at the register was fenomenal the baristas are friendly and super fast. My drink was ready before I even finished paying. I will return everytime I shop

Starbucks in Woodfield Mall of Schaumburg looks very contemporary, cool and trendy. Its ultra modern design and open floor plan, a fairly large dining area -- all are very attractive and already memorable. The dining experience in this Starbucks largely depends on what time of the day you visit: in the mornings it's moderately busy, in the afternoons and evenings it can take a long time to stand in line to the counter, and then stand and wait for the order to be ready, and afterwards try to find a seating place: it's not that easy. And even more: it is a winter holiday time, and Starbucks is packed! Well, it's surrounded by hundreds of shops in this fabulous mall, and thousands of shoppers walk around and also stop at Starbucks . All that creates a particular, full-of-energy ambiance, so to speak. My order of Cappuccino was ready quite soon, plus I also bought some pastries as a take out (total for three items with 12.0% tax came to $13.27). Service was courteous and friendly. Coffee was good, but not great, pastries were very good, tasty and were enjoyed later. It took me some time to find -- no, not even a table with chairs, that was all taken -- just a tall bar counter in the back of the restaurant, and drink coffee, standing. What can I say? I always liked Starbucks, they have variety of food choices, usually I enjoy their coffee and cold beverages. This time, it's difficult to say, that I was delighted with my experience. Pretty much because of that very busy-busy atmosphere, I'd say. But Thanks Starbucks, see you next time, but in the morning!
