Hello! My husband and I are loyal customers and we come to your store almost every morning. We always order two large oat-milk lattes and two butter croissants. Our mornings start with your coffee, and it is an important part of our day.
However, today our latte tasted very different and unfortunately not good. It seemed like the oat milk was of low quality or not fresh. Because of that, our morning coffee experience was disappointing.
Also, during our last visit, we ordered two lattes, but the barista only prepared one. We were both standing at the counter, and it felt like the staff wasn’t paying attention and not really present in their work. Mistakes happen, but when we come every day, we expect a little more care.
We kindly ask you to please check the quality of the oat milk and remind your team to be more attentive and welcoming to customers.

I just wanted to take the time to appreciate your employee Robert. He is so sincere and kind, regardless of how busy the drive-thru gets! He always takes the time to engage with customers and does it with such happiness and positivity. It’s truly a breath of fresh air in today’s world to see someone who values being a people person and takes pride in delivering great service. Keep him in the drive-thru he’s amazing!

Never Been Kicked Out or Asked to Leave a Place. Just want to come and have a little down time at the neighborhood Starbucks. I asked for a cup of water. And the employee informed me that I had to buy something in order to get a cup of water. Starbucks is not providing water unless you buy something. That’s so crazy! Water Starbucks! Also you can’t sit inside the Starbucks to read a book unless you buy something I have been living in this neighborhood for 11 years this is a first. The staff at this time of day is rude. And I’m not sure why? Maybe because I’m Black who knows all I know is it wasn’t a pleasant experience at my neighborhood Starbucks.

This has been my go to for couple years now!! Good location
No sour faces or making you feel like you're forcing them to work. Get my order right every time. Even write suggestions for next time on your cups. The one on brandy and barrington. As well as church and 21 have terrible employees. They deserve the tips here.

I used to stop here every other day if not everyday. This starbucks was my go to. Fast service and my drink was always perfect. But the past few months it has gone downhill. I have seen alot of new faces, I'm guessing thats where all the mistakes and/or lack of care is coming from. My drinks have been made with the wrong milk. Frappuccino have tasted like it was just milk. My lattes no longer taste the same and are not consistent in the flavor. I decided to give this place a try again and unfortunately nothing has changed. Bring back your previous employees or train the new ones better please. Something is off with how drinks are being made. 😮💨

This starbucks is the best I ever been to. Robert is awesome and makes your time incredibly comfortable to get important work done or just relax for a bit.

I go here twice a week and they consistently get my order wrong. I order the cold foam which is $1.25 extra and have asked them to add it to my drink at least 3 times in the last month. They left it off even though its printed on the ticket. This morning I went through the drive through and they forgot my croissant on my mobile order. There was no one else in the drive thru either. I had to double back and go in to get my croissant. So disappointing.
The girl at the window was so rude and condescending. She was Asian I think and I asked her to remake my drink and she gave it to her coworker and both of them looked at me with the rudest looks. The coworker was Latina. Both of them stared me down and one of them rolled her eyes. Is this good customer service? How dare you get trained on customer service and treat a customer like this when you are in the wrong!!!! They made my drink wrong!!!!! Don’t be mad you can’t read!!!!! My advice is this location needs to hire better, kinder individuals. It is terrible for business and I will never ever come to this location again. DON’T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU’RE GOING TO BE RUDE!!!!!!

The drive thru experience was horrible! The young girl at the drive up was irritated bc I asked for modifications to my venti drink. I won’t return to spend my money when you get treated like crap. Disappointed. Date 5/27/25 time stamp 12:24pm.
