I pretty much come here daily because it's close, and i'm so grateful that i'm close to a good location! The staff is always friendly, the line always moves fast. It's a small Drive thru so sometimes you worry the line is long, but the staff moves it so quickly! I'd say about 90% of the time the staff is super friendly and calls me by name and is kind and personable. My order is almost never wrong, and one time it was, they fixed it immediately and even offered me the incorrectly made beverage for a friend.

i ordered mocha frape without whipped cream then, i went to take my order one girl is there i dont know her name she was pouring whipped cream so i refused seeing that i dont want whipp then she said in a very rudley way that you should say it before and then i told her i already said i dont want whipped cream. worst starbucks i dont want to go again

this is actually the worst starbucks i’ve been to so far. I go there daily and today was just my last straw. If you’re going to order a strawberry acai from there, don’t do it. My refreshers always tasted watered down even when I got them. I started ordering light ice, no water, extra lemonade or peach juice, and it still wasted like water. Today I ordered a venti refresher with lemonade and light ice, 2/3 of the cup was ice and the drink tasted exactly like straight water and little bit lemonade. Their service isn’t good either. They are always cleaning up way before closing and mopping at my feet while sitting at a table. Never going there again.
