You are extremely kind and helpful in every way.I believe you all need raises ASAP, Dianne I ask that put Tony, Charlie, Tommy, and the rest of the amazing staff for immediate promotions and raises.You have a honest, caring , humble and very hard working staff.Early shift please do be nice and don’t make evening shifts work harder.Thank you ?? all for your amazing experience each and every time I step in the door, you truly make it feel like a family and a “home” experience.To:UMI MOMOKO: the individual whom commented about music/guitar I am said guitar guy, hello ?Please note:* I always ask fellow patrons, if my music is too loud and no one ever complains to me, or they just don’t have the decency to humbly walk up to me and ask “May you please turn it down.”*Secondly, I am a veteran facing homelessness and divorce. It is a way I am able to give back to the wonderful people who serve us daily at our Starbucks location. Which they enjoy it as they have the same songs on loop 24/7.*Thirdly, I always make sure to ask the staff if my volume is good, which is usually no higher than the music over the PA/Speakersystem90% times much lower.*I am approachable.I hope you have a Godly Blessed day.Also, cafes were always a place for studies and arts combined. I came in just to sit and relax a bit. But their little rules said use space as intended and be mindful of others...so why the heck was there someone playing their guitar. And why did non of the staff say anything? Meanwhile if anyone played their music loudly they would be asked to keep it down or leave.

I've tried to give this place multiple tries but the service gets worse each time. The batistas are unapologetically rude. I know losing one customer doesn't make a difference to them, but it's sad knowing what Starbucks pride themselves on and how that's not being upheld. Would not recommend this location.

This review is only based off the fact that they are done serving fall drinks and it's only 10/20! The fall items are marked as "done for the season". So disappointed. I asked the cashier if this was all Starbucks and she said she didn't know. I then checked online and it looks like you can still order the fall drinks at other locations.

The speed of this Starbucks location was quick! I love the variety of seating options- low tables, a long community high top table, and high top tables for two with one person able to sit in a comfy booth! Can you guess where I sat? Haha. Thanks for giving me a comfy spot to sit and work, starbucks!

Excellent drive-thru, but don't come here on a busy day to order in-store. Took 35 minutes to get 2 drinks done because they prioritized the orders outside.
