I was at this store at 12:40 pm on 9/19/25. A customer ahead of me was belligerent and extremely aggressive with the cashier (a young lady with long dark hair, register 0698). I’d like to praise the cashier for how she handled this unhinged elderly woman. I was ready to call security after witnessing the way she screamed at the cashier. This woman immediately started in demanding the woman help her yet refused to provide the name of the book she was seeking. The cashier calmly offered to help- a number of times- and the woman kept screaming. I finally stepped in and told the customer that she needed to stop. But she didn’t.
Again I just want to recognize how well this cashier handled a literal crazy person. I am sorry for how you were treated and I hope management sees this and recognizes you for your customer service.

I spent my Sunday afternoon sitting in Barnes and Noble in there. Bought some coffee and read a book. Overall, a pleasant experience.
