The service is absolutely horrible here and thr staff is extremely rude!

The old man was very rude and probably racist. Me (mexican) and my friend( also mexican) came in and ordered. He was almost yelling what we wanted. Then at checkout, he trew our plate on the the counter. He was very rude during our whole order. While we were eating a white guy came and he was polite and smiling a whole 180 compared to how he treated us. Im definitely never come back.

While I typically appreciate the quality of the subs at this location, today's experience was subpar. The sandwich I received was mostly veggies and not enough meat. Furthermore the customer service experience requires improvement. A basic greeting upon entry would greatly enhance the overall atmosphere and experience.

My little 4-year-old and I walked in and ordered some sandwiches and one chocolate cookie. My daughter asked me if she could order the cookie herself. She said, “Can I have one double chocolate cookie, please?”
The man ignored her the first time. I thought maybe she had spoken too quietly, so I told her to try again. The man ignored her a second time. Then he took out one cookie and said, “Only one?”I said, “Yes, please.” So, he heard what she was saying, but he just completely ignored her.
I then noticed that we had two foot-long sandwiches and one six-inch sandwich, but only two napkins. I asked him, “Can I have some more napkins, please?” He grabbed some napkins, rushed over, and tossed them into my bag.
I want to mention that at that time, the place was not busy. There are only me, my daughter and one more customer behind us. The customer behind us was served by a different staff.
I was trying to teach my daughter to order foods in the restaurant to gain her confidence. I’m not impressed with his service here.

Soon as we walked in the lady rudely said we don’t offer any coupons or if you’re a rewards member we don’t offer any perks.. then my sandwich was literally all bread.. Never again will I spend my money here
