I had a very disappointing experience at this store. One of the workers was exhibiting extremely unhygienic behavior—chewing something while working and even spitting near the food. On top of that, his attitude was rude and disrespectful. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a food environment. I’m extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning to this store again.

Lady who made our #45 Honeymstrd Chicken Wrap we order footlong but seems like 1/2 footlong inside doesn't have much veggies and chicken as we ask for spicy sweet spicy chili sauce instead she give us the salty one, and flies on the veggies the same time,very poor service 😞😞 seems I can't recommend

I work in the mall and have been coming to this subway for the past couple years. The food is always great, and the service USE to be great. However, things are much different now. I believe they are under new management now because they seem to make up their own prices and rules regarding coupons. I get coupons in the mail and use them all the time. Now, all of a sudden the guy that’s always working there (claims to be by himself) always comes up with some crazy made up reason for not accepting the coupons. I even pointed out the terms and conditions on the back of the coupon to show him that my order DOES qualify and he just kept ignoring me and saying “no, that doesn’t qualify”. This has happened on multiple occasions and this also happened to a co worked of mine. This is truly disappointing and I will no longer be coming to this location.

The manager set their own prices after the fact that the price is already set on the sign and added a tip without asking. When I brought it up, they were rude and dismissive. Very unprofessional and dishonest.

Literally worst subway I’ve been too. Sucks because i work in the mall and normally would get subway but that was my last time going. I asked the lady yesterday for extra onions, she legit put 3 pieces and I thought she was joking but I clarified I wanted more, again she puts 3 pieces more. This kept going on about 5 more times. Will never be going back nor giving my money to these stingy people.
