The manager set their own prices after the fact that the price is already set on the sign and added a tip without asking. When I brought it up, they were rude and dismissive. Very unprofessional and dishonest.

The guy working here makes up his own price and adds his own tip. He's done it a few times to me and I've caught him everytime. This is absolutely ridiculous. Bad service. Better watch out when he is ringing out your food and make sure he's charging you the correct price.

Literally worst subway I’ve been too. Sucks because i work in the mall and normally would get subway but that was my last time going. I asked the lady yesterday for extra onions, she legit put 3 pieces and I thought she was joking but I clarified I wanted more, again she puts 3 pieces more. This kept going on about 5 more times. Will never be going back nor giving my money to these stingy people.
