I visited this location twice while staying at the Renaissance Hotel nearby. I was so impressed with The staff. Extremely friendly, extremely helpful really outstanding! I realize corporate cost cutting happens, but food quality shouldn't suffer. I'd rather pay more for quality. I got my usual flatbread, and the flatbread they used was thin as a tortilla and just as floppy. It's almost like they are using rectangular tortillas now instead of flatbread. It made trying to eat my sandwich a mess. Meatball sauce seemed watered down and thin. Pretty dissapointed.
Service was top notch, friendly staff and they were quick.

I am not sure where these reviews are coming from. The staff are extremely warm and friendly, they were generous with the portions for my sandwich as well. This subway is 1000% better than any in my home state. Don’t hesitate to visit this location. I’ll be back while I’m in town!
