They don't honor coupons. I tried to use a coupon I received in the mail and they said it was fake.

Normally I would not complainPeople are allowed to have a bad day once in a while.But it seems like this stingy selfish owner/manager whomever he was at this location, has a disposition for animosity almost.Talking to the two other younger employees in a foreign language most of the time when they are on the line making sandwiches. This came across as very rude, as opposed to service oriented, and not paying attention to customers.I had to wait several times for him to stop paying attention elsewhere and continue making the sandwich.I got a sinking feeling when he refused to put extra heavy spinach on my sandwich, as if it would break the bank.None of the tables had been wiped.I don't think the bathroom has ever been cleaned. This place is disgusting.Very apathetic atmosphere.The guy has a very bad attitude, as if the customer is there for him.Won't come here again. There are many other subway shops which will eagerly earn the customers respect and keep the place up properly.It is a shame that it is a beautiful shop well constructed and still new. Easy to clean, easy to welcome and appreciate customers.Based on my experience I would say that this entity does not deserve a franchise. It seems like a deep rooted attitude more than just having a bad day.

The person who was making sandwitch was so rude she did not put any sause on our sandwitch like we ask for her heart.We bought 2 footlong sandwitch and ate it without sause.So garbage experience.Do not go to this store if u want good service and respect.Eventhough i send text message to owner, owner did not took any kind of action.Very bad experience.

My husband went today to get subway, we got there at 8:40, and while my husband was ordering the woman working told my husband that they close at 9. Unnecessary. Then, he asked her how much the veggie patty was as he couldn’t find it on the menu probably because he was feeling rushed, and she said, “I don’t memorize how much each sandwich costs”. Rude. She also snickered something under her breath after he told her the toppings he wanted. My husband is a super easy going person and is so nice, and this lady was beyond disrespectful for no reason. I get it, you want to go home, but don’t be disrespectful.
