I recently visited Subway, and I was really satisfied with my experience. The sandwiches are fresh, customizable, and always made right in front of you, which I really like. Sandwiches are fine, but, due to low staffing and in line orders, you wait through a lunch hour to get served if you walk in. Unfortunate as the servers seem pleasant enough. Easy in and out if you are eastbound, a nightmare if you are westbound on Schaumburg Rd.

Normally I would not complainPeople are allowed to have a bad day once in a while.But it seems like this stingy selfish owner/manager whomever he was at this location, has a disposition for animosity almost.Talking to the two other younger employees in a foreign language most of the time when they are on the line making sandwiches. This came across as very rude, as opposed to service oriented, and not paying attention to customers.I had to wait several times for him to stop paying attention elsewhere and continue making the sandwich.I got a sinking feeling when he refused to put extra heavy spinach on my sandwich, as if it would break the bank.None of the tables had been wiped.I don't think the bathroom has ever been cleaned. This place is disgusting.Very apathetic atmosphere.The guy has a very bad attitude, as if the customer is there for him.Won't come here again. There are many other subway shops which will eagerly earn the customers respect and keep the place up properly.It is a shame that it is a beautiful shop well constructed and still new. Easy to clean, easy to welcome and appreciate customers.Based on my experience I would say that this entity does not deserve a franchise. It seems like a deep rooted attitude more than just having a bad day.
