I placed an order online. Made an error so I called the store to correct my error before my order was made. I had to call 5 times before someone picked up. The gentleman on the phone was very dry & doesn't seem to have customer service skills. Maybe he needs to be retrained. Sandwich wasn't cut in half. Also, when I picked up I had to repeat the name on the order 3 times because he wasn't listening. Very irritating!

Take your money somewhere else. Forget about having preferences for your sandwich without resistance from the staff. And on top of that, the manager was extremely hostile towards my sister.

Ordered online and they didn’t even give me the full beard they put 2 different pieces of beard on top of each other and when I picked it up it fell out DONT COME HERE!!!

Wildest subway experience in my entire life and staff everyday there’s new people . I work in next plaza today I went there the skinny woman she saw me went back and she never showed up it almost waited for 10 minutes I called her no response . My honest opinion to everyone please don’t go to this subway . They should give up the ownership and give it to someone else . Even they are getting negative reviews they don’t care because no one is interested . Worst experience ever

This location used to be good and very kind and quick. But recently I placed an online order and they took almost an hour to make my order and made mine the very last! Definitely won’t be coming back to this location!!!!

At 7pm, I placed an app order to be picked up, I go to pick it up, and there are closed (sign says they close at 10pm). I was charged for the sub with no way to receive my money back.

I’ve been going to this subway for a while now, but never have I had someone who makes the subs give so little care into how it was put together. The meat was in the crease of the sandwich with the cheese and the toppings were towards the opening, giving me literally not chance of having a little of everything in one bite. Everything was falling out of the sub, mayo was everywhere, and when I went to ask for one of the happy Gilmore cups, she told me that my sub didn’t come with that option. No where I saw it specified what sub it needed to come with. She let the phone ring and ring and ring. I just felt like she was overall annoyed that I was giving her business. After getting my meal without the damn cup, the pop machine was not working. Why wouldn’t you specify that for someone who was getting a fountain drink? Never going to this subway again.

Probably one of the worst customer service ever at this Subway location. I placed an order online n went to go get it, as soon as I walked in, the lady behind the counter goes, 15 20 minutes wait. I go, okay. Than she doesn't change gloves and when I asked her, Subway doesn't require you to change gloves if you're making a veggie sandwich or if you touched the register with the same gloves, she goes,yes we do.. ask she changed her gloves but didn't make me a mew sandwich, continues with what she started earlier. Won't go here again.. I asked for a toasted veggie delite and she gave a cold sandwich where the bread was not even fully baked (doughy).

Came on Sunday 7/27/2025 at about 5:40 pm and the females employe was very rude and was asking me how to make the sandwich and didn’t know what toppings to put on my sandwich my sandwich was a premade one that is on the menu which shows you what to put on it and got frustrated and told me that she was new here she forgot to put the most important thing on it which was bacon and still charged me for it. This is the last time I will come to this location.

Jay was a very friendly dude. Some guy ordered a wrong sub and Jay gave me his sandwich for 5 bucks. Very friendly and cool would meet again
