If I could I would give zero. The customer service was so bad when I walked in the man started giving weird looks and looked mad in general. The food was terrible. Overall really bad. Looked like they didn’t wanted any business.

The worker was incredibly rude and unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. When I was trying to pull up my mobile order details, he was impatient, but I didn’t mind that much. There were cups right in front of us, and we mistakenly took one, thinking it was a water cup. He immediately started accusing us and didn’t make any effort to empathize that we just wanted a cup for water. Instead, he just gave us a water cup and stared at us as if to say, “You better not do that again.” He was being extremely rude and unfriendly to us, but he was friendly with the other customer — I’m not sure if it’s internalized racism or what. But I’ll never be coming back here, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.

Everytime I walk into the restaurant, I am always greeted with warmth and very pleasantly! My orders over the years have been consistent. I usually get Footlong Veggie Patty or Veggie Delite sandwiches! The crew always give attention to detail and get me what I want! The bread and ingredients are always fresh and they are toasted to perfection! I don’t even have to worry whether the crew is filling my sandwiches more or less as they take care of the right amount of ingredients and sauces. One plus point for vegetarian/vegan customers is that they get their sandwiches cut with a separate knife which is specifically assigned to those orders.

Dirty look from the man when I walked in like they didn’t want business. no sign stating they don’t accept coupons sent in the local area mail. Most accept coupons or put a sign up, this one I had to ask before my order if they accepted it or not and good thing I did. I would recommend a sign up at least just so customers are aware and if happen to not ask like I had they wouldn’t have known until check out. Just a thought since it could be an inconvenience to some.

First time I have been in this Subway for lunch and I must say its the worst ever. First off I ask for Italian herb and cheese, they gave me regular French Bread, Then ask for tuna and you couldn't find the tuna. It was so spread out, didn't put pickles on it either. I was in a hurry and wasn't watching them prepared the food, my fault but I will never eat a subway again.

I just started ordering from this location, like a month ago. I have ordered about 3-4 times. The staff is friendly and they haven't messed up my order yet. I order online and pick it up to save money, currently I am using promo code "FLBOGO" to get some money off my second sub sandwich. And I not love, but adore the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies...
