The lady that claims to be the manager was extremely rude. All we had asked was if she could restock the tomatoes since the ones she was putting on our food looked like they were months old and she flipped out at us started screaming and threw out the whole sandwich in front of us. I even recorded a video of her screaming at us. I have never been screamed at anyone like that in my whole life. In the picture u could even see how she is not wearing a cap, her hair all open ready to fall into customer’s food. Coming from someone who has extensive experience in Subway franchise, I simply do not understand how this place is still open.

The lady who took our order was really slow and did not know how to communicate, the food was bad and took way too much money and when we tried to tell her about the other stores she just completely ignored us and said that it doesn’t matter and now that we called for a manager she put us on hold and would not take us off of hold.

This location has really gone down. There used to be a very nice lady there with her Mom. And she used to make the best sandwiches. The guy in there now just throws the sandwiches together without a care. Don't even bother to pay for extra meat because you bareful get the regular amount. This Subway needs to do better. I'm no longer coming to to this location anymore.

Order placed online, charge went through and order starts to progress. 25 mins later they cancel the order right before they closed. They clearly never started it and saw it after 9 pm and felt canceling was the best choice I guess…. Won’t order from this location again

Very very bad experience, bad customer service, rude behavior. Filling also very less. Very messy place to sit and bathrooms r so bad. Spent $25 not accepting coupons, Bread was soggy. I never come again and I don't recommend this spot to anyone, better to close .
